I was very pleased with Jay Strong. He did a thorough check of the system, both inside and on the roof. The system is 10 years old and needs some replacement parts. He broke down the work required and understood that this must be done in stages. I will definitely schedule "stage 1" within the next month. Jay Strong was pleasant and very professional! I highly recommend D&H.

Kalem arrived on time and introduced himself. He told me immediately what the $79 maintenance check entailed. I decided to go with the $189 maintenance package that includes cleaning the inside unit and outside unit on the roof. This also includes a visit to check the heating components before the winter months. Kalem was professional and went over everything with me. He did a great job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend D&H for your heating & cooling needs.

Kalem was my service tech and it wasn't low on freon . It was the controller which starts the compressor that was bad. He replaced it and all good. He checked everything to make sure it was running was ok. Very professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend D & H. The receptionist when I called told me about online coupons I could access which I did and saved a little money. Thank you D & H!

Josh was very professional & personable. He took his time giving us all the options and even came back at 8:30 pm with a portable air conditioner loaner till they can install the new unit,so we didn’t have to spend another night in 85* temperatures!

He found not just a leak, but frozen coils, and oil leak. One week ago another company said all we needed was Freon. Will update review after we get estimate tomorrow!

Of course the unit performed perfectly when Kalem arrived. He checked everything out and said all measurements were in spec and the physical condition looked good. A possibility was that the thermostat might have made a bad connection that switched it to heat rather than cool but the thermostat worked properly all the time he was here. I was very pleased with Kalem's professionalism and knowledge.

Nyle came out and it went very well. He was very courteous and explained all services to me. I purchased an air purifying system. It took only a half hour for all services to be completes. Nyle was very thorough.

We paid the bill (and bought a membership) and we felt like we made a new friend.
