Kalem Linsenbach was professional, efficient and most of all, NOT pushy about trying to sell me additional services offered by D&H. I've had D&H service my furnace and AC for 5 years and EVERY time I feel like I'm being hustled to buy more product and/or service. Kalem showed me suggested products/services but I didn't feel like I was being manipulated. Thanks, Kalem!!!

Kaleb performed a thorough check of all 3 heat pumps, and noted a buildup of dirt on the coil and blower wheel on one of the units. He cleaned that unit, and we agreed with his suggestion to install Pristine electronic air cleaners to reduce the dust level in the circulated air. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and works efficiently -- an excellent representative for D&H.

Excellent, as always. Have been a customer of D&H for nearly 20 years. Everyone contacted from the office staff to the technicians are always courteous and professional. The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. Brandon displayed the kind of customer service we expect and appreciate, but in today's business climate is not always the case. Would absolutely recommend Brandon and D&H to anyone who needs HVAC service or repair.

Mark Hilson was the service tech who responded to our call. Within 5 minutes he had tracked down the problem, a clogged condensation tube. He flushed it out and everything is working fine. Great service at a reasonable cost.

Our A/C unit (Goodman) had not been maintained for a long while, and we could smell a musty odor to the air blown into our home. We called D&H to inspect and do maintenance work, and find out why the smell. Turned out it was the drainage line that was clogged and water was rotting in there. They had to flush it with water pressure and air pressure to remove all the dirt. We had a lot of dirt inside the unit too (roof installation) and Kalem, D&H's technician, explained how the accumulation of dirt in the coil actually prevents heat to dissipate and the A/C to perform correctly. He showed me with electronic measurement that one of the parts of the system had to be replaced: kind of expected as the unit is already 7 years old and it's a no-frills system. Overall, very pleased with all aspects of the service, including showing up on time and wearing shoe booties when entering our home. We are under D&H's "Guardian Maintenance Plan", so the cost of a maintenance visit is discounted, parts & labor are discounted, and we pay month/month, a bit less than $16 a month. I would recommend this too: it's just less expensive.

Tried to have them out to tune up and clean AC unit for coupon offer. First time they did not call until about 6pm and only 30 minutes before arrival (supposed to be two hour notice). Had to reschedule, but when the tech showed up (and notice was within 30 minutes again), he said the coupon applied to only one of our two systems, and I would have to pay double. The coupon does not say that and neither did the person who called me to schedule. I politely said that had I known that, I would have used another, less expensive service, and I ended the service call. Wasted my time twice and will not use again.

I just bought this house and there is a lot of funky, not up to code stuff with the HVAC. Mark explained my options each step along the way and got my AC up and running.

My technician, Kalem, was exceptional. He was incredibly thorough in his service and took time to answer all of my questions. He also went above and beyond to show me how to adjust my vents and how to improve the performance of my system. I highly recommend D&H because of their great customer service and outstanding technicians like Kalem.

Great. As an engineer I was shown the problems so I could make an informed decision to replace or maintain. Items we replaced were flame sensor (to me a safety item), start up capacitor and a good cleaning of the blower assembly and motor. The D&H tech was very polite and did quality work. We’ve used D&H in the past and will use D&H in the future. I’m more interested in quality and efficient work vs. fast and cheap because I know it will last..

Kalem Linsenbach did a quick and thorough job taking care of our heat pump, getting it ready for the winter season. He even provided photos of the unit and the testing. He was very knowledgeable about the system. He is clean cut and very polite. We recommend Kalem and D and H Airconditioning to anyone needing A/C service. We give him Ten Stars, 5* is not enough.
