Description of Work: They did an inspection on my furnace, which they had installed a few years prior when my Mom was living in my house. They identified that the unit wasn't working properly and contacted the manufacturer to see if my repair would be covered under warranty. Fortunately the warranty covered the parts, but not the labor.

Description of Work: Bi annual check of heat/ac system. Filters replaced. Took a second trip to bring and replace the filters. It went fine.

Description of Work: Removed old furnace and air conditioning unit and installed a new gaspack. | |They came to the house the next day after the call for service. They installed a new unit within the week, were courteous and professional, did everything as contracted and priced, were neat.

Description of Work: Signed 1 yr Maintenance Agreement, so routine maintenance was performed on my heating/cooling system and a surge protector for the fan motor was installed for protection of that expensive part. | |The Service man was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me some helpful maintenance tips.

Description of Work: They checked my two air conditioners and said one was low on Freon and probably had a leak. They recommended dye to help find the leak. They never called to check for the leak. I was very concerned about my system and finally called them when they did not call to reschedule. They said it should have been scheduled for a check. They came back out and did not find and signs of a leak. I believe the dye was just another way of making money. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Early in the morning, the air conditioning in my work shop would not turn on. I was very stressed as I had lots of work to do and people coming to help me. Plus I had to leave for the afternoon to pick up a friend from the airport, so I needed service right away. I called D and H after reviewing their positive rating on Angie's List. Their customer service was awesome and Fernando came to help me shortly. He found that two fuses had been blown (probably from the lightening storm in the night). He replaced those, then talked with my husband about installing a surge protector. We agreed and the work was done in no time. Fernando was very professional. Overall, D and H definitely rescued me from a stressful situation with promptness, quality work, and professionalism. I will definitely use them again!!

Description of Work: We are on a yearly contract now which will help keep any needed repairs cost down and we arranged regular service appointments.

Description of Work: Best HVAC folks we've ever worked with. EVERYONE was helpful, courteous and enthusiastic about meeting our needs. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with this company.
