We also hope that any customer concerns regarding our services are promptly provided to us so we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible. According to our records we were at your home in February and diagnosed a bad compressor. I understand that replacing a compressor is a large expense, but our prices include everything that is needed for the job, and we offer different financing options if you are interested. Our cost to replace the compressor included labor, compressor, Freon, torches, filters drier and miscellaneous materials. We will also call you to discuss this further. Highly professional and competent. Both installations were non-standard and the estimator didn't specify the correct systems, but the company recovered and didn't argue about price. The installers were outstanding, did very neat work, and worked hard to accommodate my requests for routing lines, etc. Definitely on my ''call again'' list.
