The installation was very professional. They arrived early, removed the old units, and had the new units up and running by mid-afternoon. The 2-person team was conscientious about their work and every was installed cleanly. They even resealed an adjacent old evaporative cooler duct that had corroded and was leaky. However, our brand-new system could not keep up with the 110F temp over the weekend -- despite running nearly full time, the house went from 72 to 78 each day. To the credit of D&H, when I called on Monday, they had someone over within an hour to check on the system. He tested and believed the unit was underfilled with Puron at the factory plus the ~25ft line run from the external unit to the internal unit. Thus, my only issue is that they did not thoroughly check the amount of Puron in the installed unit on Friday. I have been happy with the unit since.

We have used D&H for over 15 years for HVAC maintenance. In addition, four years ago we purchased two Lenox HVAC systems from them for our home. The systems are efficient, quiet and very effective. Rene has been our service tech for over ten years and he is professional, knowledgeable and pro-active. He takes care of us very well and makes recommendations when appropriate. We plan to remain on their annual maintenance service for as long as we own this home.
