The technician arrived on schedule and keep us informed as the the things he found in his diagnostic efforts. On our main A/C unit he went to extra lengths to check it out thoroughly and that is when he found the bad capacitor. If he had not, it would not have been long before the compressor would have failed and had to be replaced at great expense.

It turned out very good. They didn't charge me. They said it looked like it had hardly been used. They were knowledgeable, courteous and showed up early. They didn't take that long to do the inspection. I would use them again.

My experience with them is very satisfactory. They're here about an hour or an hour and a half every time. They have excellent customer service. They're wonderful. One person comes out. Both my heating and AC worked excellently. My system is about 8 years old. They maintain it and take good care of it. I've never had to have them for a service call for an emergency or anything.

I’m exceptionally pleased with them. Actually, I have an appointment scheduled for their regular check up within the next month. That was not a service. I have a regular contact with them and that was just a part of a service contract. I have an annual contact with them and there is minimal charge for $49 when they do come out that is a regular service contract. For just a routine check like that, there is a minimal charge but I’ve been very happy with their service. I would recommend them because they are extremely reliable, very courteous and their work is without any complaints at all. They were quite good. I’ve already told other people about them. I don’t know if they’ve used them or not. I have another one from Angie’s List person and I told them to look at that one. I would definitely refer people to them.

The service was okay. They have good technicians. The installing of unit was very expensive but the maintenance came free with it.

I have used them for a number of years and I have a warranty package. They did a good job inspecting and they tell me what I need. He did my summer inspection and gave me a price on repairing. It was fine. They had to come out twice. We paid for the service when he came out and did our maintenance and replaced the blower and then he had to come again because he missed something up. They came out fairly quickly. My only issue was the guy doesn't really clean up his mess. For responsiveness, I have to go down because he almost no showed the first time.

45 minutes in home, tech checked thermostat, taught filter change and control box, checked outside unit and tested for freon, adequacy, explained warranties and maintenance plans. Felt set up visit of $79 was extra expense when paying for maintenance plan of $189.

Luis rang the door bell & introduced himself, informed me of what he was going to do; asked if I had problems/questions; went to work; finished up & asked if I needed anything else. I have used D&H for years.

They don't service you properly. Every time they come there is something else wrong. All they want to do is up sell you. As soon as I threatened to call insurance company to see if I needed the extra services they dropped all up sells. I never have had them come back again.
