We wanted to give D&D and Associates a TEN star, but the grading only goes to FIVE. We wanted to share our experience from beginning to end: We found D&D through our son, who recommended this company. We were fortunate to see Tom at his company and were impressed with his professionalism as he explained the different floor products. After we provided a down payment, the company did not take long to contact us and let us know they were ready to install the floors. A crew of four, including Tom (the owner), worked hard for four days to install almost 2000 sf of new floors. They removed the baseboards, moved the furniture, put everything back, vacuumed, and left everything in place. One of the most important observations is that they are very proud of their work: “I work on installing floors as if it is my own house.” Tom and his crew take pride in the finished product; they start working on the installation and do not stop until they finish. In the end, they still ask if there are pieces of furniture that need to be rearranged. Their work is impressive and we are very happy with the finished product. The pictures speak for themselves. Five stars all the way!

Dave arrived on time and he and his crew removed the old carpet and pad. They did a great job installing the new carpet. Clean up was thorough, Very professional job.
