Description of Work: Jeff presented a detailed proposal, and the background explanation of the various issues that came up. We were very impressed with both his knowledge, and his ability to convey In layman's language What the pros and cons of each alternative was. Our only regret is that having recently moved we did not have the funds available to press ahead with this system, given other pressing needs. We did, however, have the advantage of a friend of ours with considerable experience in California with installation of solar power, and he too was extremely impressed with Jeff Shoemaker. We will definitely use him as our contractor if /When we are able to afford it.
