Big Haas came out within an hour of submitting a request on Angie's List. He attempted to fix my burnt up Heat Pump, and ultimately resulted in the need to replace the entire HVAC system. He had one in stock and was out the very next morning to replace my HVAC unit so I could have heat again. His service and prices were amazing! Thank you Big Haas!
