I've used Dean several times. In addition to replacing the facia boards, he has helped me lay oak laminate flooring in my bedroom. He helped me cut the pieces and did a great job. He also replaced some pipes as well. I am always impressed with his work!

Dean is fantastic. He listens to what you want and then does it. He remodeled my mobile home and built a porch. I am extremely happy with his work and absolutely love my home now. The kitchen and bath are so chic I feel like I live in a million dollar mansion. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dean again and I recommend him to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Dean is he consumate builder and repair person with an eye for perfection. He is punctual and very easy to work with in that he communicates very well on what the job will entail. Not only is he an excellent builder, but a plumber and an electritian as well. You do not have to worry about a job being delayed due to other contractors required to complete the job. I have also seen the beautiful tile work and painting that Dean has done, nothing short of meticulous and spectacular! I plan on having Dean install a tile floor for me in the very near future. He is a rare find with all of the competition in the area and one name and number you won't be sorry to keep handy and use often.

First, we dealt with moving the island since it required 18 new tiles and removal of same. Dean handled the job in two days ... one for tear-out/install, and a second for grouting the new tile. This came out great. What a relief to finally have the island moved away from the refrigerator stove! A week later, Dean came on Tueday pm to remove my old countertops, undo plumbing, remove old sink, and generally ready the place for the granite contractor, who came on Wednesday. The new countertops and sink were installed efficiently and beautifully on Wednesday morning. Dean returned on Thursday to reinstall my plumbing to the sink, touched up the paint and caulk, and left me a clean and perfect looking kitchen. I loved the quality, and I loved the coordination.
