Description of Work: While the prices for the hearing aids are decent especially the Kirkland brand, I called twice & left a Voice Mail to set up a hearing test. Never got a return call. Can not believe service would be good if they don't even contact you & return calls.

Brand names and quality items are available, as well as Costo's own Kirkland brand which I find reliable and good quality, as well. I prefer to go midweek when it's less crowded, but there are enough cashiers available to make checkout go quickly on even the busiest days.

+ -1 moreI DID HAVE TO RETURN A COFFEE MAKER THAT STOPPED WORKING CORRECTLY AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND EXCHANGED THE MAKER FOR A NEW ONE IMMEDIATLEY. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

+ -1 moreCostco and ndash; Tucson is really great. My experience is really good. I got my hearing aids a couple of years ago. I go back there for cleaning supplies and they provide them for free. They provide service for free too like changing the tubing on it. They're really good and friendly. I don't have any complains. My sister got her hearing aid and she thought they were good. I think others would be happy with this provider.
