After a rocky start, I enjoyed a great experience. Michael and Jerry arrived right on time to clean the air ducts. They were very neat and clean, professional and friendly. As they finished up, the Service Manager, Erik, arrived to check out the A/C. He found a problem, explained it to me and was able to fix it on the spot. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again. They did everything to ensure I was a happy customer.

They check the entire system in heat mode. Did a 20 point inspection and check all the statistics and for gas leaks Tech was very professional. and knowledgeable. I would recommend cool breeze for anyone who wanted a reasonable cooling or heating professional.

The repairman (Lius, I believe) came and replaced a motor and rotor wheel on my damaged heating system. He was very professional, friendly, and on-time. He even came back on Christmas Eve to finish repairs once parts that were ordered showed up. He also invited me up on the roof to see exactly what was wrong, as well as videoing the heater as it was running. It definitely was in bad shape! I did sign up for a quarterly heating/cooling/plumbing/appliance inspection with the company, so the costs overall were a bit smaller than they would have been. I will definitely use their services again as well as recommend them to friends. Very satisfied!! A+++

I was not at the house at that time but my wife said he's on time, nice and pretty much opened up the AC, found some cold key connection and then asked away for purchase. We went ahead and did it. He said it was a potential fire issue or something like that.

The service tech was friendly and personable and seemed knowledgeable but the furnace stopped working 2 days safer service. my home warranty service came out to do the repair and discovered the condenser had not been cleaned and a freon leak had not been detected during the tune up. In addition the blower motor had to be replaced. The service tech Identified 2 parts that needed to be replaced. the warranty company state only 1 of the 2 was actually in need and the cost he quoted was double that of a normal replacement. I would not recommend cool breeze to friends and neighbors

The tech was on time and very professional! I missed the first appointment and they were very accommodating while trying to reschedule the appointment. I was very pleased with them.

Service was excellent. Mike the technician was early (!!), called me ahead of time to be sure it was OK to come early. Checked out my air conditioning system, found a part that was not up to specs and replaced it (for additional cost, but the cost was reasonable), discussed the condition of my system with me, and gave me some suggestions for eventual replacement. Mike was very knowledgeable and competent with many years of experience in the HVAC world. I was completely satisfied with the service.

He showed up exactly on time, explained what he would be doing, he did it and gave me a detailed full report. Best part was his assurance that everything was as it should be. I appreciate the fact he did not do what others have done in the past...tell me some major problem had to be fixed. I doubt I would call anyone else if I need AC service in the future.
