It only took him 15 minutes. He started trying to sell me a service plan. I told him that I didn't think that he had gone all over 20 points. I took him through the 20 points. He did about 2/3s of the items listed.

I was pleased with the receptionist who set up the appointments Service provider (Jacob) was on time and very polite and helpful. When I had the problem with my A/C unit (2 days later) I called Cool Breeze and again was given a quick response and the problem was fixed free of charge.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication from this company. We set the appointment promptly, they called to confirm, and then when the tech was running behind they also called to let me know. They made sure he still came the same day, so we didn't spend another night in this hot house! He was polite and professional. He recognized what our system needed, which was a quick and easy fix that was included in the package we'd purchased. He gave us information about what to look for in the future if this happens again. He did not try to sell any additional products to us.

This was a big deal purchase. When they first came I had purchased a one year maintenance agreement with them. They came back about three weeks later because one of our units wasn't cooling. They sent a different technician the second time and we came to find out that we were three pounds short of refrigerant in one unit. To me, that should have been diagnosed when they came the first time. When they came back they even checked for leaks and they said they could not find where it was losing the refrigerant. I guess I was disappointed in the fact that it was not diagnosed three weeks prior. I was out of town so I contacted Cool Breeze and told them what was going on and that they were supposed to come out on a Monday. My wife was home so they did call to tell her that they were running late, but would be there either that evening or that night. We did not get a courtesy call or anything from Cool Breeze because nobody showed up either that night or later that evening. We understand they were busy, we understand that. The problem was that there was no courtesy call and nobody contacted us to let us know. My wife waited around to see, but nobody showed up. I contacted their office on Tuesday morning and told them we were scheduled and were on a maintenance contract and I was under the assumption that because we signed a maintenance contact we would be put on a priority list. Come to find out they just didn't call. Anyway, they made it good and sent somebody out at 11 a.m. They took care of it and the problem. I was a bit disappointed. They did not charge us any extra for it. They did extend our maintenance agreement for another six months because of their lack of communication. They understood. The overall price was good, it was adequate. The professionalism was good.

went fine; frank was professional and did the required work quickly. i would use them again. i have had problems with others who wanted to do a whole bunch of expensive testing and bill me for it before topping of refrigerant but did not have that problem with this vendor.

Installer was very good but over worked trying to do too many jobs which put them in always late mode. Not his fault but the company had him doing too many jobs. Whenever we were expecting service it was always late, never on time. The actual work was excellent but the timing was awful. We are happy with the new system and their warranty but disappointed in poor timing.

utI purchased a special because my renters were complaining about how much they were spending on electricity in the summer in Tucson. The tech that went out to do the work decided to do more than check the system which is all he was supposed to do unless I was notified. I was given a bill for $600 after he did the work, which he had been told not to do without my approval. The next day I spoke to the owner. He apologized and removed all fees. I would definitely return to someone who upholds his commitment to his clients.

Went very well. The tech provided a coupon for a heating tune up because he was late arriving.

They honored their $39 for the service.

It was one of those annual service deals. Ended up being a sales pitch. We do need a new AC unit. He did get the old clunker up and running for another season.

There was a small mixup in the office and they sent someone out to do a service call instead of the 20 point tuneup. After I called them they immediately rectify the error and promptly sent someone out to do the tuneup. They were respectful and apologetic and admitted the small error in the office.

Went very well service man showed up did his inspections went over all of what he checked all was ok and said the units were in good shape.

A visual inspection of my service panel, two 20 amp breakers installed and the protector. The power was checked and the use of the device was explained. I read the reviews both, pro and con, and decided to order the work to be done. Josh was pleasant, well informed and did the work asked of him well. A whole house surge protector can cost as much as 750.00 installed and is a needed item with our monsoons. We all have tons of electronics as well as appliances. One surge in power can cost us thousands of dollars.

They were prompt in scheduling and did a great job while here. Our unit is old and will need replacing at some point. I would definitely consider going with them when that time comes.

Technician was late but explained that it was a traffic problem. Seemed to do a thorough inspection and gave a good explanation of what he thought was needed to repair the equipment. Reported that I had some equipment issues that needed repair that were not reported to me by another Angie's List provider of the same type of services. This, of course, left me wondering which vendor was correct in their diagnosis. Ended up having the work done by the other Angie's List provider. Satisfied, as long as the repairs keep the system in check for the next year at least.

I was unhappy with them. He came over and said my system was messed up. Another company worked on it and I don’t want Cool Breeze to come back.

The guy was super professional, fast and punctual. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Would definitely use again!

It went well. Frank showed up as scheduled. He was technically sharp and appeared to be trustworthy. He recommended cleaning the coils, but that extra cost seemed high to me. He also recommended surge protectors, but mentioned that they may not be necessary because the units are still under warranty. He explained, but did not push, a 5 year HVAC maintenance plan that included free coil cleaning for this and future visits, plus it covered the cost of the surge protectors. It seemed reasonably priced for two visits per year, and I signed up. He cleaned the coils and installed the surge protectors the next day.
