Description of Work: AC Service. We have a new system so no issues, but got the sense price would have escalated quickly if there was? Not sure all of the items listed in the deal were actually performed. Otherwise nothing extraordinary in either direction. For better or worse probably indicative of the industry.

Description of Work: I paid for an A/C checkup. Unfortunately, the service person arrived an hour past the scheduled time, it was not only dark but it was raining so he had to return the next day - which I did appreciate, however, I had to juggle my morning in order to wait for him to return. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I will call them again.

Description of Work: The technician told us that one of our units needed to be replaced. That would have been very costly. Actually all we needed was a fan replacement. It's working fine now. Luckily we had another provider that we called in to assess the situation and he was able to fix it without replacing the entire condenser.

We have went over your service invoice and found the technician did recommend the replacement of the condenser fan motor and also recommended the replacement of your unit due to age. Coolbreeze gives our customers multiple choices when it comes to repairs or replacement the average life expectancy of an ac unit in Arizona is 8 to 12 years and your unit was at the 12 year mark so the technician gave you an option to upgrade to a newer more efficient system. If you should ever have any questions or need service in the future please give us a call.

Description of Work: This was a deal where they would perform maintenance on my HVAC unit for $39. It needed freon, which was an extra cost. Good thing was I got a 1 year service contract by using this special. Bad thing is my a/c is nearing end of life and this company does not take American Express, my only credit card. The technician who came out was very friendly and professional and took pictures of my unit so I could see where the problems were. Would use again for maintenance, but not for buying a new unit, due to the credit card issue.

Description of Work: While the service provided, by the same company that installed the AC when the house was built less than 2 years prior was what was needed and was adequate. The tech tried to sell us a service contract with a very hefty price tag afterwards. We had considered using this company again but this was a total turnoff. I don't remember the service date but was shortly after the deal was purchased.
