Description of Work: He checked the units and found a problem that he needed others in his company to handle. We were about to leave town so scheduled for our return date 2 weeks later. Later, we found that he had left the panels off of the exterior units so they had been exposed to the elements for all that time. Service men who came to repair the problem didn't have the correct part w them. I decided to not work with this company.

Description of Work: Little rough getting started but once he got here he worked hard and didn't waste time. He even climbed the 3-story condo roof to look at the heat pump without a fuss. The dryer heated up well after he cleaned the vent.
