Description of Work: I prepaid to service 2 heaters. Technician said one of them needed a part and could not be fixed. He did not service the second one because I could not turn the heater on. I called the technician and the company sent someone else to get the 2nd heater fixed. I wanted the technician to install a new thermosat on nonworking heater and said to wait until it got fixed.

Description of Work: Came first time without enough ladders. 2nd time didn't report on 21 point inspection. But a line was broken said would check warranty and price and call back. Never called. I called 5x asking for info. Serviceman NEVER called back! Unprofessional, poor communication!!!!!
