We set an appointment but then had to cancel it. They never follow up with me to reschedule, I have to get them to come out. They came to get them to look at a dripping faucet and I though that surely an hour would cover it. But we just got an estimate for what it would be to fix it. My husband said they were very nice and very professional and that the estimate seemed appropriate.

They came out to do a full check up on the furnace. They will come back in the spring to look over the air conditioning unit. Scheduling was fine, they were able to get me an appointment 10 days after I purchased the deal. The technician seemed friendly and competent.

Called Angie's List representative and she will send me a link for a refund.
Description of Work: I made an appointment 3 weeks ago using Angie's List deal- Service was scheduled for today 08-10 am window- I called the company at 1100 am and had to submit all my information again only then to be told "THAT company" went out of business 2 weeks ago and the "New" company was not honoring the Angie's list deals. Oddly, it was the same woman that booked the first service call that answered the phone, making it sound like it was all new to her. The new company changed one part of the "old" name from Cool Breeze Home Solutions to Cool Breeze Air Solutions.
