Description of Work: removed old cooler and installed the new one |they were late but everything was done in a timely manner and clean up was also done. They also came back about a week later when I had a question!

Description of Work: The service tech arrived early, was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was supposed to do a tune up on both of my AC systems, which was priced fairly at $48.88. One of my AC systems was only blowing hot air so I was hoping it was the freon and the tune up would solve the problem. Turns out that wasn't the problem, my capacitor died. Since that AC was not working, the tech explained that he could not do a proper tune up on that AC, but I was still charged for both tune ups because as he explained - since he found out what was wrong with the second unit, then it's called a diagnostic fee. That's fair I figured. But when I asked how much the capacitor would cost, he gave me a price of over $200!!!! I quickly refused the repair because -get this- the capacitor costs $30 at most online!!! This is why I rated them at an F for price. The parts are ridiculously overpriced. Please do your research before you approve any costly repairs on your AC systems. I recommend them for a tune up as their price is good, but not for repairs.

Description of Work: I used my "Big Deal" to have a leaky toilet fixed. The repairman was running late, but he did contact me to let me know when I could expect him. He identified the problem within minutes, had the right part in his truck, and completed the repair within about 30 minutes total. I'm very satisfied and would use Cool Breeze again.

Description of Work: Angie's List Deal was $49.00 for a 20-point air-conditioning tune-up. He arrived on time and spent about an hour checking everything out. He said the unit was in great shape and had only one part that needs replacing soon but said there was no rush. He didn't try to do a hard sell. He was also clean-cut and personable. Only problem was that the scheduler originally wrote me in on the wrong day. When she called to tell me that he was running late, I told her that I wasn't scheduled for that day anyway. When he came on the date that I was scheduled for, he did arrive on time.

Description of Work: Repairman came on time and was courteous. Went right to work after I explained the issue and had the parts needed in his large truck. We fixed the problem efficiently and left everything clean and well serviced.

Description of Work: Purchased the Angie's List last minute deal for plumbing services from Cool Breeze Home Solutions. I contacted them thereafter to set an appointment for service on the following Monday. I took the day off work and was called a day before and told the plumber was out of town on family business and won't be able to show. I didn't receive a follow up call. I called them back 2 weeks on November 13th and was told the earliest appointment would be on November 20th. I set the appointment and took ANOTHER day off work and the guy never showed up. I called the company and talked to a guy who said someone else had to call me back that took the appointment. I was contacted an hour later and told the company has "gone out of business" and that I should call Angie's List to get my money back. When I pushed for further information I was told that they were purchased by another company that wouldn't be providing the service I've paid for. Horrible business practice and I will be taking Legal action if I'm not made whole after being screwed over by this company.
