CONTRERAS MASONRY & LANDSCAPE LLC

Contreras Masonry and Landscaping, (Now Top Quality Concrete when you call number) was contracted to re-stucco entire house and courtyard walls with synthetic on November 16, 2019 for a total cost of $7,000.00. A down payment of $4,200.00 was given for material purchase with balance of $2800.00 to be paid upon completion. Francisco (Frank) Contreras (Owner) did not purchase or deliver the material needed and all attempts to contact him for a refund or resolution have been unsuccessful. We recently found out that he also swindled our neighbors. Lesson learned is to goggle contractors. We realized he had bad reviews after the fact. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau under Contreras Masonry, because that is what his paperwork stated; and apparently he is using someone else's company name to scheme people. Contreras Masonry as far as the BBB reports seems to be a legitimate business and owner is not Francisco Contreras.

He took half the bid price up front. Showed up 5 days later and delivered block, cement, and lime. Haven't seen him since. I have spoken with him many times and he has assured me that he would come pick up his supplies and refund my money but so far nothing.
