Positive: When Joel came out he listened to what we wanted and made some good suggestions. He provided samples of the colors and materials which made it easier to make our choices. We were given a copy of the blueprints for ourselves and one to submit to our HOA. The workmanship was excellent and they were able to make adjustments as needed. They did a good job cleaning up the area at the end of each work day and at the completion of the job. Negative: The job ended up taking a couple days longer than expected because they are short staffed due to the economy so their workers have to cover more than one job at a time. They were not good about letting us know about schedule changes.

Al came by as agreed on along with multiple samples of the materials used to do the work. Others didn't do that. He explained in detail what was to happen. He followed up with a couple calls to let me know of estimates being ready and when they could start. His price was the best I could find and the materials were actually better than his competition.

This is a very honest and hard working company. They were very patient with us and understanding to our needs. We have a patio that required a lot of specialty work and they excelled at the craftsmanship. We will use them again if needed and gladly refer them to anyone.
