+ -1 morePerfectly done. Measured and ordered the glass. Came back a week later and installed it. Fixed the trim on another window so that glass won't fall out, for an additional cost.

Description of Work: My fifteen year old house needed three clerestory arched double pane windows replaced. The seals had given out and clouding of the windows had started. I have done business with Continental before, so I knew that Phil would do a great job. He came out and because of the shape of the windows wanted to make a template. He then told me he would call later that day with the price. True to his word, he called with the price---very reasonable this difficult job. I gave the OK and eight days later the windows were installed. Phil was not happy with one of the windows and told me that he was going to order a replacement, which he installed today (five days after the original install).

+ -1 moreMade an appointment with this company on a Thursday for the following day. The guy called me back Friday morning because he had forgotten what time the appointment was for. I left work 2 hours early to meet with the guy and he never showed up.

+ -1 moreI called them to explain that I needed to replace a double windowpane at my house. They came out the next day to take measurements and four days later to install the new windowpane. Everything was done on spec and at the cost quoted.
