 + -1 moreThe owner had no problem losing a customer when I told her that 25% restocking fee was over the top & that we would never shop there again. They have a customer satisfaction guarantee on the receipt but it doesn't mean anything. I would never recommend anyone to shop there! Ever! My goal is to tell everyone I know not to go there & use word of mouth of how we were treated.
Description of Work: I would never shop at this place of business again. We bought a couple of chairs there, but found out the chairs we sat in the store were different than we got. The design was changed by the company the chairs are from. We knew we would have to pay a restocking fee, but not 25%!!!!! We have been raped, so to speak.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT HER IDEAS WERE VERY UNIQUE AND VERY NICE. I DON'T THINK I WOULD EVER DREAM OF SOME OF THE THINGS SHE DID IN MY HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
Description of Work: SHE DECORATED MY ENTIRE HOME.
