Initially, I called Conquistador at 4:35 pm on sep.24.2013 and requested an estimate for service. Conquistador returned my call at 2:27 pm on Sep.25.2013 and scheduled the estimate for 12:00 pm, Sep.26.2013. Conquistador called me again at 4:02 pm on Sep.25.2013 and rescheduled the estimate for 4:00 pm, Sep.27.2013. Conquistador then called me at 9:18 AM on Sep.27.2013 to confirm that someone would be at my home to provide the estimate for service at 4:00 pm today. At 3:50 PM on Sep.27.2013 Conquistador called again to inform me that the person to do the estimate was busy. She wanted to reschedule the appointment for next week on Tuesday (October.1.2013) but I politely refused. I informed her that I needed to get assistance with my pest problem and would attempt to get estimates from another company. Because of the difficulty in getting an estimate from Conquistador, I am not confident that their response to a request for service would be any different. I choose to seek service from another company that will be more responsive to my request for an estimate.

I did have Conquistador Pest Control. I use them every first Thursday of the month. It is $85.00 for every two months and that is with the termite and pests also and they do lawn critters too and they help me catch in the house too. They are very, very punctual, they come, unfortunately it's quite early in the morning but it's only few months, so, it's livable. The same gentleman comes and he is very thoughtful, very personable although very professional. They do a really good job checking for termites every time they come and I ask if there is anything else I need, like if I have a bug in our garden, they deal with that. They are real easy to get hold of, when the plumbers were in, the wall between the closet and my bathroom, they found termite tracks in between the walls and I was able to get hold of Conquistador and they happened to have a man in this area, so he was there within about half an hour. They are very easy to work with and very helpful to their customers.

I've been very pleased with them. They send me an email to say when they are coming. They have been really good about every other month. He does the service. I have absolutely no complaints about them. I think they've done a really good job. And, I have no bugs.

They do a fabulous job. They are very punctual and come every month. They customize their work to what we need done. Their price is very comparable. If I have a problem, I can give them a call.

OUTSTANDING experience. They are very helpful. Richard is the BEST. He is so nice, always on time, very helpful, and concerned about doing a good job. We live near the desert and since we have had them, we have had very few issues. We would highly recommend them!

I REALLY LIKE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS NOW AND IT IS VERY NICE. ANOTHER GOOD THING IS THEY CHARGE US ONCE A YEAR SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT.
