Concrete Done With Love Inc

After initial hold-ups due to their busy schedule and the unusually rainy weather, the crew showed up on the appointed day and completed the project within 3 1/2 hours (some of that spent waiting for the concrete truck to arrive). Resulting slab is everything we expected. Our thanks to Buzz Reed at Concrete Done With Love for his help and expertise getting this small job done.

It went pretty smoothly. They did what we asked and in a timely manner.

From initial call for a budgetary quote... => Through follow-up for actual quote (Agreement within 2 days) => Scheduled as promised within 2 weeks => Performed as promised (just today) => Excellent Crew (they worked together very well); and kept me informed... => They didn't seem to mind as I hovered (being nosey from my home office) => Clean-up was thorough and complete I'm sure this was a small job for them, but at this point - I could not be happier... There will be no stumbling of toddler grandchildren, nor Septuagenarian family elders at Thanksgiving this year, in this Common Tucson Ranch house (circa 1975) As I continue my gradual renovations on this homestead, I would use Concrete Done with Love again (and likely not call others for quoting)

We did not feel the love from this company. Our contractor called several times to try to set up an estimate. After not showing up twice, someone finally came and did the estimate. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, no one showed up. Our contractor called them several times to try to find out why, but no one ever returned his call. Out of frustration, our contractor went to their office and waited for the owner to come in. According to our contractor, the owner apologized, said his employee who scheduled the work and quot;shouldn't have picked that dateand quot;, and another date for the work was scheduled. That day came and went, and again no one showed up. The company would not return our contractor's phone calls. Our contractor is now scheduling the work with someone else... he said that even though he has used this company in the past and they have always done good work, this kind of behavior is not acceptable, it reflects poorly on his professional reputation, and he will never use them again. Not only has this company delayed the work on our home with their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior, multiple days of our time were wasted waiting around for someone who never arrived as promised.

It has been an excellent experience from the start (estimate) to completion
