Description of Work: Our office printers stopped working within the network. Harry came right over to fix the situation. We also had Harry network a new laptop with our office system.

 + -1 moreHarry is always professional and punctual and returns calls in a timely matter. His rates are very reasonable and he works efficiently. We are a small office and some of our staff are not necessarily very tech savvy. Harry is friendly and patient and our staff enjoys having him on site when we need IT assistance.
Description of Work: Harry has been our IT service provider for approximately 8 years. In January of this year we replaced the remaining old computers in our office (5). Harry set them up, transferred files, linked them all to our server etc. Harry provides IT service for our company on a continuing basis.

 + -1 moreHarry always gets back to us and within a reasonable period of time. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes he performs the work at our home, sometimes we take it to his shop. He makes it easy.
Description of Work: Harry has set up our computers. He has helped us after we had a lightning surge and our computers were destroyed. He retrieved the data. He does it all!

 + -1 moreHarry Elver is the best. He's prompt, efficient, easy to understand (no computer lingo above our heads) and he's also reasonably priced. He has saved us on more than 1 occassion. We call him "Our Hero." I can't imagine what we would do if he wasn't their to save us.

Description of Work: Harry worked on my old computer until it became clear that it wasn't going to recover. He then helped me recover old files and set up new computer very quickly so I could get back on-line -- essential for my work.
