Complete Flooring was professional throughout the whole process from choosing the carpet to installation. If I ever had a question after the installation, they were fast to respond via email or telephone. Installers were fast and tidy. Highly recommend!

We discovered Complete Flooring via Angie's List recommendations. Bob, the salesperson with whom we originally discussed our needs, was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. After selecting the tile we initially felt would work best for us, Chris the owner came to our home to measure the kitchen and bathrooms the following day. By then, we decided we needed to pick a different tile. Chris met with us at the store later that day to review other selections. We took additional tiles back to our home to compare and were able to pick a better tile. We selected an installation date to follow installation of new countertops. When we were able to move up the date for installing the new countertops as a result of a cancellation. Chris was able to also move up installation of the tile flooring. Very flexible and very professional team of people. The installer was very knowledgeable and thorough, while being as unobtrusive as possible. He and his helpers cleaned up nicely when done and the finished installation looks great! Highly recommend. .

Chris and Lexie were very easy to deal with. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me exactly what I wanted. They took the time to explain the differences in carpet fibers and wearability and within the price range that I was willing to spend. They allowed me to make my own choices without any pressure togi in a different direction or to spend more money. They beat the best price that I had been given by another dealer. The installation went well and there was no hastle about scheduling dates and times. It was a very pleasant surprise to have the entire experience go so well when I had been dreading the process.

Very professional, arrived on time, as scheduled, to make measurements for new carpet in September 2012 for Master bedroom and bath. We took several months due to our travel schedule before we could order the carpeting. When we finally placed our order in February 2013, they responded and scheduled the installation for Monday morning. They arrived as scheduled, on time, and did a fantastic job. They even moved all the bedroom furniture out of the room and moved it back in after carpet was installed. Did an excellent job cleaning up all scraps and hauled they and the old carpet away. What a great experience, we will use for the next carpet installation for sure. We highly recommend this company.

We obtained bids on repairing the cracks in the family room floor from several contractors, some of whom did not feel qualified to do the work, or did not want to invest in renting the equipment for doing the job. The tiling subcontractor that works with Complete Flooring made a very reasonable bid, seemed knowledgeable and experienced in doing this type of work, and therefore already had the equipment needed. The level of communication and information exchange regarding exactly what the repair work would entail was very satisfactory. In preparing for the tiling itself, Complete Flooring allowed me to borrow sample tiles to help me make a decision and responded patiently and very courteously to my several requests for different estimates (one room vs all rooms, tiles laid on the diagonal vs. in a regular grid pattern, etc.). The cost of tiling the condo was very reasonable; for example, in the family room alone, the Complete Flooring estimate was about $1,000 less than an estimate we had received from one of the big box stores several years ago. After the work started, the tiling crew were punctual, courteous, and easy to work with, and helpful in choosing just the right shade of grout. On their own initiative, they took the trouble of creating decorative transitional elements wherever the new tile met existing tile. The entire job was completed in three and a half days. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of our property when they had left. They were careful with our belongings and although there were some small scuff marks on walls and residual dust from the grinding process, these were inevitable and were kept to a minimum.

Had a new type of flooring installed in my great room. Vinyl planking that looks and feels like wood. Good crew, respectful, good installation, attentiveness and responsiveness by owner Chris, and my wife and I love it.

At the very beginning of our remodeling we asked for the carpet to be removed prior to the date when the painters were due to arrive. Although this required an additional trip to the house it was not a problem for them. We changed our mind on a few items and once again it was not a problem. My husband, a tradesman himself, could not believe how precise the flooring was laid. Typically in New York carpenters use quarter round molding around the perimeter.....not needed in this job! It was that good! We can not begin to describe the beauty of the tile in our foyer. Our son designed it on paper, sent it to them and they did an extraordinary job completing the tiling. This company cares about their customer, the quality of their work and their reputation. We could not have been more pleased! We give them our highest recommendation.

The owner came to the house and showed us different carpets styles. We decided on a certain type that we liked. The following day I called to check when it would be performed and he said he would call right back and he has never since called me back. He delegated the scheduling to others in the office who are very nice. Their work was done professionally and on time. The tile work was a small project and was handled well. The carpets were done on time and were nice although they do leave footprints which I was not informed about before ordering this carpet. The final results were fair to good. I resent not being called back despite numerous complaints about this fact at the beginning of the job. In addition the price is too high at least for the labor. I would probably use this company again but not for any really major jobs.

I called to remind him to bill the final amount (it had been a week and no charge). At that time I mentioned a few "scratches" in the walls, one which might need a little spackling. We saw these before they finished and waited to to see what the installers would say. As they were walking us through what they did, they did point out some, but not all, of the "scratches". This was ok to us and we told Chris this. He sent us a receipt and a gift card for our trouble. We will definitely use again and recommend him without hesitation.

I cannot imagine how you could get better service in terms of design and sales assistance as well as installation than we received from Chris and Lexi and their installers, Fermin and Jesus. We probabaly visited the store 8 or 9 times before we made our final choices and Lexi showed great patience with our indecision. Both Chris and Lexi answered every question we had and made terrific design suggestions, especially for the fireplace. Fermin and Jesus, the installers, were Fabulous. They are clearly expert craftsmen, and they showed up on time, were pleasant, cleaned up each day and even did a little more furniture moving than was required. The tile work was done by two other men, who were also quite skilled. The entire job was started and finished on time, and both Chris and Lexi made contact with us during the installation to check on the installers progress and our satisfaction with the work. We spoke with a number of other flooring contractors, but none were as friendly and helpful as Complete Flooring. Overall, I would have to say that this was the best experience we have ever had with a licensed contractor on any home remodeling project, and we have done a number of them over the years. The final product looks terrific. I would (and already have) recommend Complete Flooring for any flooring project you might be considering.

They helped us choose a carpet that was best for our home. We were very happy with the customer service, the honest prices, and the installation. All the employees were helpful, available, and professional.

Overall had a great experience with Complete Flooring. Went to store and was helped by very friendly, no pressure staff. We explained what we were looking for and they allowed us to look around at our leisure. We chose 3 samples and took them home with no fuss. We came back days later to try a few more samples. We found the carpet sample we wanted and scheduled an in house estimate to take the appropriate measurements. Received estimates at that meeting and were given options for different quality available. There were no hidden costs and prices shown included everything but tax. We called the next day and placed the order. Carpet arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. We had some big furniture to move and informed them of that ahead of time. Appointment came and technician arrived on time but alone. So hubby had to help move the rest of the furniture out of the rooms. Finally a second technician arrived about 30 minutes later and helped install the carpet in both rooms however he left for another job before our job was complete. Install seemed rushed and some excess glue spots visible along base boards in two spots. Also a lot carpet pieces were left behind we had to clean up. Overall carpet looks great, we've had no problems with it. Customer service was great, salesmen were professional, polite and we never felt pressured to buy. Appointments and payments were made easily. Only issue was the install that seemed rushed. I would have preferred to delay a week to let them take the time to install with a little more attention to detail. However, will use again to complete installation of carpet in remaining bedrooms.

Fantastic!! The showroom is clean and easily navigated. Owners are involved throughout the process. All craftsmen and women doing the install actually work directly for Complete Flooring so there are no sub-contractors to track down in the future for warranty or other concerns if they should arise. Our floor is the most beautiful and realistic wood substitute on the market and we are very pleased with the results. We strongly recommend Complete Flooring to anyone, anytime.

The showroom staff did a great job of de-mystifying choosing the right carpet and padding. The price was very competitive and included all labor. The scheduled quickly and got the work done in two days. To my eye the craftsmanship was excellent and has held up over the last few months.

The team (Lexi and Chris) provided excellent service in terms of describing options and costs. The tilers and rug layers were very professional and efficient. The tile took 3 days to lay and the carpet less that one day. All large furniture was moved by them. Clean up was wonderful, and it looked like they had not been there when they left, they even swept the back patio where the tile cutting equipment was.

They performed very well. They told us it could possibly take 3 days and they were done in 2 which was much appreciated. It went very well and we're very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable because we shopped around. We would absolutely use them again.

From the beginning, Complete Flooring provided professional service...from helping me to pick the right carpet for my needs all the way through to the installation. I had a lot going on the day Complete Flooring came to my home to install the carpet, as I was undergoing a complete interior renovation. I was concerned that there would be too many things in their way with all of the other renovations going on, and I even tried to postpone their appointment. However, they could not come at the later date I suggested, so I kept the original appointment, and they carpeted every room beautifully. They moved furniture and replaced it exactly where I wanted it. They never complained about having to work around the other contractors who were here. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Complete Flooring provided our carpet needs from start to finish on a recently purchased fixer-up which badly needed a lot of carpet, paint, and landscaping before we moved in. With our busy schedule my wife and I turned to Angies List and found Complete Flooring which happen to be in route from work to the new house and then the airport to catch a flight out of the country. Upon arriving at Complete Flooring a half hour before they closed I introduced ourselves and made it clear Lexie and Chris had less than one hour to earn our business. Immediately Lexie's confidence and salesmanship convinced us we came to the right place. In under an hour we had all our questions answered, our carpet samples, a date set for the measuring, and time to go to one of the better restaurants we've been to all thanks to Lexie and Chris recommendation. Chris showed up to the measuring on time in a fog of paint being applied by the painters. I never intended to make this hard for Complete Flooring but it was going to be rough for Chris to take measurements. Through all this adversity and with my prior research I know I had under budgeted for the top of the line carpet we had choose. I don't know how Chris did it but we shook hands on a deal that made me give thanks. You would not think things could get better, well they do. The install went without a hitch and I'm beholding to Fermin's Family who did the install. Fermin saw our PODS storage setting in the drive way and offered to come back on Saturday to help unload. On Saturday my new friend Famine brought with him a very generous token of Chris and Lexie's appreciation. WOW! Every flooring store has or can get top of the line flooring to the customer, however no one I have done business with in a long time has exceeded the confidence, generosity, and character of Complete Flooring.

They were very punctual and very thorough. They definitely helped me take care of my flooring. I have no complaints about what they did.

Probably one of the most important things was the sense that no corners were going to be cut, no short cuts taken. They found cracks on the slab and took it upon themselves to make sure they were sealed before putting down the tile. When we talked about wood they took the time to explain the many different options. Ultimately we decided to glue the floor down and we were happy we did. The installers were professional,clean and courteous.

I purchased a great kitchen floor covering and they were very honest with me in trying to find a material that fit my lifestyle and preferences. They came to my house and provided design options. Then, it was installed by other people. About six months after I had the floor I had a minor problem with it and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. I've had no problem since and still love my floor. I am now in need of new carpeting and, because they are so honest, friendly and competent, I'm going directly to them to make my purchase. Highly recommend them!!!!

Overall we were pleased with the project. There were a few small problems with the installation, but they promptly came back and took care of the problems. The office people as well as the installation crew were a pleasure to deal with.

Contracted with Chris Golden on April 28, after he provided an estimate, and brought samples to the house. The installers arrived on May 3, and completed all work by mid-afternoon. They did an outstanding job. The even cleaned up in an area where they did not perform actual work. They were quiet, and extremely professional. I recommend this firm highly.

Chris was professional & responsible. The workmen were superior. I had a nice team in my home. they consulted me at every step.

This is a great place to get flooring. I carpeted 3 rooms in my house and am very pleased with the results. Lexie was great in the showroom pointing out options, explaining carefully but without any pressure. Chris came to our house to measure. He examined the existing concrete floor to make sure our carpet choice would be firm enough so we wouldn't feel the existing indentations. He clearly has lots of experience. We needed quick installation and I really didn't think we had enough time for a custom order, but they managed to get the measurements done in one day, the carpet was ordered and installed on time. The installation was done perfectly and results look fantastic.Very professional, very helpful, very friendly people. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.
