Complete Flooring

Excellent experience from initial contact at the retail location, to timely no charge measurement of various areas for carpet replacement, and delivery and installation of new product. All the players performed as promised. The work was completed on time per contract in a competent, careful manner. I have only good things to say about Chris, the owner and Patrick, the lead installer.

Complete Flooring came out and did an estimate that compared favorably with other estimates we had received. Unlike some other flooring companies, they did not charge by the room/item to move furniture, so we weren't being itemized to death. One other company refused to move our piano, saying we would have to do it ourselves! One quote and that is what we paid. The estimator was professional, friendly and helpful, able to offer suggestions when we had questions. When we visited the showroom, we told the salesman what we wanted as far as quality and price, and he showed us samples that were within the ranges we specified. We picked out the brand/type of carpeting and the salesman arranged for the carpet company to send us 6 x 6 inch samples of several colors. Both the removal of the old carpeting and the installation of the new floor tile and carpeting were all we could have asked for. The installers were on time, were courteous, extremely competent, and cleaned up after themselves at every phase of the job. Tiling was done one day, and the carpeting took a day and a half, due to the size of the rooms and the square footage. One of the main reasons that we chose Complete Flooring was the excellent reviews the company had earned on Angie's List. We were not disappointed and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was done as it should be and was so much easier than I ever imagined. It was done on time and properly.

We went to the showroom and picked out Karndean vinyl plank flooring. Bob H. came out and measured the rooms and wrote up estimate. The work crew removed old carpets from rooms and walk-in closets. They then did all prep work of cleaning up tack strips and adhesive from carpet. Doorways were floated up as needed to have the vinyl plank meet evenly with the ceramic tile in the rest of the house. Vinyl plank was put down with adhesive and finished with caulking where the floor met the wall (we did not want baseboards). The floors look great and the work crew was very good about cleaning up thoroughly after each part of the process was completed. Every person we dealt with at Complete Flooring was friendly and professional. We are very pleased.

Even though I showed up on Christmas Eve, they took to time to contact manufacturers by phone so I could finalize my order. I have not had the carpets delivered yet, but I am confident all will go well.

Removed old carpet and installed new in four rooms. Moved all furniture. Completed work in one day. Left minor nicks in new wall paint easily covered. Overall a fine job and we recommend them unhesitatingly.

We had a laminate floor installed, replacing carpet. Lexi, Chris and the installers were very professional, easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone.

I went to the store and they were again most cooperative and helpful. I am still doing research.

Installers were delayed a bit but made up for it by recarpeting 3 rooms including one with a multitude of cuts. They were pleasant, professional and effective The estimator and front office staff were easy to deal. Overall a positive outcome.

The installers showed up right on schedule and did an excellent job putting down the flooring. They moved the furniture that was too heavy for me to move and replaced everything just the way we asked.

The gentleman who helped us on the phone was very nice and came at the appointed time to measure the floor. He brought some samples to the house for us to look at. He provided an estimate within a couple of days, but the estimate was outlandishly high! It was double what other companies had estimated. I'm not sure how to account for the extra cost, as the materials cost should have been the same, so installation charge must be much higher. We did not choose complete flooring for the job, despite their friendliness and professionalism.

I had all the flooring replaced in my home. They tore out all carpet and existing tile and replaced with Ceramic tile and Kardean. Excellent Job. Highly Recommend!

Installed carpet in Master bedroom plus 3 bedrooms. I went to Lowes and Complete Flooring. At Lowes we found the carpet, StainMaster, we liked but that did not include moving furniture and Lowes did not offer free estimates, which means to me that they did not need my business. I went to Angie's list and found Complete Flooring and read all the reviews. On Sep 5, 2013 I went to Complete Flooring. I talked with Bob and discussed the carpet we wanted. Evidently, there are several carpet mills out East and the carpet names change but not the carpet based on who the Mills sell to. We decided with Shaw's Elegant Form 3 with premium 1/2" carpet pad which included moving furniture and was the same as the StainMaster carpet at Lowes. I asked if I could get an estimate that same day; Bob was very accommodating and called owner Chris to see if they could squeeze me in. Chris came by and did the measurements and told me the quote would be to me in a couple of days. I did mention that I got their name on Angie's List and had a coupon form Angie's List and was given a $200.00 discount on the quote. So with the discount and furniture moving, I figured the cost was cheaper than Lowes. I asked Chris that I wanted minimal seams because our old carpet was coming up at a seam in the middle of the floor. After I received the quote, I took a few days to think about it. I went in on Oct 1st, and paid for the carpet. The scheduling was about 2 weeks out, which was fine. Lexie called on Oct 9 to say the carpet would be in by end of week and would like to schedule install. We decided to install on Oct 15 at 9am. The installation crew, Patrick, Andrew, and Brandon showed up on time and quickly got to work moving furniture in all rooms. After that, they removed the old carpet and pads, swept the floors in preparation for the install of the new pads and carpet. I asked Patrick if he could make minimal seams in the Master bedroom since it was larger than the carpet width. They cut the new carpet and there was only 1 seam:-). The new carpet installation, vacuuming and furniture moved back in place was done within 6 hours. So, we are extremely pleased with the service we received.

It could not have gone better. From the first contact with Chris and Lexi and their great staff to the job being completed, the process was flawless. I had doubts about using Karndean flooring, instead thinking that I wanted wood for laminate. After much research and talking to Chris and Lexi, at length, we decided that we would go with the Karndean flooring. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Additionally, the carpet we chose for the master bedroom is a great new addition to our house. Sales process aside, the real magic began with a tremendous installation crew headed by Fermin. They arrived (on schedule) and were meticulous in the installation, including moving all furniture. When they finished (after three days) they left the house clean and all debris was removed. The house looks fantastic. It was great dealing with an installation team that obviously takes such great pride in their work. I have owned houses all over the USA and have had opportunity to have many floors redone. I can honestly say my experience with Complete Flooring was the BEST ever. They are a well run organization that has dedicated installers who take pride in the finished product. I recommend them without reservation.

I had selected the flooring I wanted previously but wanted to talk about a date in August for installation. In the two previous times I was at the store i found everyone

The sales representative, Chris Golden, gave us a lot of time to examine the samples and answer questions. He provided detailed information about the products and installation process. All scheduling commitments were kept and the work completed in a single day. They took care of moving all of the furniture too. The flooring, carpeting, and matching molding are just beautiful!!! 08/03/2013: We just had Chris back out to estimate the kitchen floor replacement. I am actually looking forward to having them out again.

The job was very well done.

Removal went well, less dust than expected. Installation of tile went well however there were several issues with the application of the epoxy grout. The job took considerably longer than projected. The "lead" worker was outstanding in experience and attention to detail, and the final product was on cost and looks incredible. His brother also came to asist and was equally as talented. The asistants were extremely messy and very careless; however the lead workers did correct their errors and this took the additional time. I feel the company should have provided more oversight during the project. We would definitely recommend Complete Flooring and are extremely satisfied with the final product. Getting there was rather stressful.

Chris was honest with his advice regarding my issue.

It went very well. They came out and were very nice and they have a beautiful showroom. They were very helpful in advising us what "works" in Tucson for hardwood floors. We haven't booked our date yet but we plan to soon.

When initially visiting the store, Lexi couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. She worked with us on several levels including price, color & type and allowed us to take home several samples. When we had made our choice, Chris came over to take the measurements, the carpet was ordered and the installation date set. The installers arrived on time, were knowledgeable and thorough and did their work well. We had taken up the old carpet and pad ourselves and cleared the room but the installers were more than willing to move all the furniture back in for us and to haul away the old carpet. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

They were fast, efficient, affordable, and the workers were competent.

Only issue that I had was that while they do move and then replace the furniture after the carpeting, the furniture pieces are not placed in their original spots so I had to move things back or just leave them where they are because they are too big to move.

My wife and visited the Compete Flooring store to see what was available in carpeting and hardwood flooring.They showed us samples and we took them home to get a better idea of how they would go with out decor. In the meantime we looked at carpet and flooring at 2 other places. We ended up getting estimates from Lumber Liquidators, and Costco. We picked Complete flooring because they had what we liked at a competitive price. By paying by check they reduced the price to account for what would have been a cost to them for a credit card sale. Although their store is fairly new, the owner and their installation crew have many years in the flooring business. I will, and have recommended this company to my friends.

Chris and Lexi were very nice and helpful in assisting us with picking the flooring we wanted. The flooring had to be ordered but was delivered to my house in less than two weeks. Three days later the install crew showed up. Prior to the install, they had to prep the concrete slab by grinding and leveling some spots. They then laid the floor by gluing the edges of the planks to each other resulting in a floor that "floated' over the slab. I was impressed with the work. The next morning, I walked onto the finished floor and was surprised to hear cracking and snapping sounds in some areas. Monday morning, I called and spoke with Bob about my concerns and he said they would contact the flooring rep and get back to me. He didn't but in the interim, the cracking and snapping sounds have settled down. Also Chris said he would research the proper cleaning/maintenance products we would need to use on the oil finished flooring. Initially he did not get back to me. So, I am conflicted with my review. We love the floor. Were basically happy with the quick service and install. Chris and Lexi were very nice and attentive during the sale. But it took some time to get back to me with the information we requested. We did receive a nice note from them apologizing for dropping the ball on staying in touch with us. We appreciate that they took the time to follow up and it should be noted and credited in this review.
