Complete Flooring

In Oct 2015 I called complete flooring to explain that our floor had developed a number of small holes that, over time, became larger. We also expressed concern that the "sheen" of the floor had always been uneven and unattractive. Chris came to the house twice and brought other experts to assess the situation. He then had the floor cleaned, patched, buffed with a diamond brush and resealed....all at no additional cost. It looks beautiful and we remain extremely satisfied customers!

We decided to replace the carpet downstairs with laminate flooring and looked at several options, suppliers, and installers. We finally decided to use Complete Flooring because of the responsiveness through Angie's List, on the phone, via email and in person at the store, as well as when Chris visited our house to provide estimates. On the day of install, we were a little concerned with the arrival time since I thought we had agreed to a specific time, but after calling the store, I realized that I may have misunderstood the agreement so that turned out not to be a significant as I thought. The 3-man crew came in and immediately started working. They moved furniture out, removed the existing carpet, padding, tack strips, glue and anything else from the existing flooring. The sub-flooring (concrete) was thoroughly cleaned and holes patched. Baseboards were removed and painted, padding/moisture barrier put in place, and laminate was installed, following by the T-moulding between the laminate and existing tile. Baseboards were replaced. Furniture was put back in place and everything was cleaned up and the old carpet, padding and trash were taken with them when they left. It was a long day and they had to deal with a thunderstorm in the afternoon, but they were very professional in everything they did. I'm the type of person who watches work being done on my house so while I stayed with them, they didn't seem to mind and even answered questions I had about the entire process. They were meticulous and paid attention to the details also - some things I might have overlooked if I were doing this myself were handled and it didn't appear that any shortcuts were taken. Accurate cuts, very little waste. It's been a couple of days since the install and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Chris and all of the people we interacted with at Complete Flooring were extremely professional, punctual, polite and courteous. Chris came over to do the estimate and helped us select the best product for our application. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Complete Flooring worked with us on scheduling and insuring they had the proper product for our flooring job. They had to special order material for the stairway and they kept us appraised of the status of the order. The installer Bradley paid meticulous attention to all of the details and was a pleasure to have working in our home. The floor looks magnificent. We could not be more pleased. One of our best remodeling experiences. We highly recommend Complete Flooring.

All of the people at complete flooring are fantastic. Our floors turned out beautiful and they installers kept everything cleaned up every day they were here. We did experience a shipment of defective materials from the manufacturer but Complete Flooring was able to obtain new material resulting in only a two day delay.

The house was vacant and other contractors were scheduled to remove all "popcorn" ceilings, reface kitchen cabinets & island, repaint the entire house and replace the stone fireplace prior to our move in. Chris Golden of Complete Floors elected to do the removal of existing floors first and install new flooring last to prevent possible damage between the trades work. The carpet was removed from a bedroom and a large area in the living room that was to be made into a dining area. Ceramic tile was removed from a large entry, kitchen, and hallway. Vinyl tile was removed from the laundry room. Some sub-floor repair was required in the laundry. After 3 weeks the other trades had finished their work and the flooring crew arrived. As the house is 35 years old some leveling and patching of the slab was required to provide a level base for the LVT. As I was living is Mesa I was not present during the entire project just dropping every few days to note progress. I commend the Complete Flooring crew for a job well done and excellent cleanup. I found Chris Golden a very professional person to work with during the entire project.

They were very good. I would recommend them to anybody. I spent $2000. The workers were excellent and it took a while for them to get the carpet and to install it but it wasn't any longer than they told us it would be.

Complete flooring was great! Helped us pick out a perfect carpet. It came sooner than expected. Installers were very neat and professional. They swept, bleached and waxed the floor under the carpet which really helped get rid of the smell from our old carpet that had been very stained by our dogs. The new carpet is very soft and looks great. Can't see any seams. I will definately use them again soon. Thanks to angies list folks for recommending them!

Chris and crew were very professional and took the extra time to ensure that the floor was installed properly and to my satisfaction. Couldn't have been better.. The floors look great and Bradley, our installer, was extremely professional, friendly and conscientious.

My wife and I did a lot of research before we decided to visit Complete Flooring. We initially talked to one of the ?Big Box Stores? who tried to pressure us into making a purchase the same day they visited our home. My wife then visited a few of the other big flooring stores in Tucson and each one charged us a fee to borrow flooring samples to look at in our house. Eventually, I found Complete Flooring on Angie?s List. At Complete Flooring, Bob Huff our salesman was totally professional and extremely patient during our first visit to the store. He answered all of our questions and showed us numerous samples while asking us a series of questions so we would understand the flooring options and what would be the best type and material for our home. Complete Flooring let us borrow three different samples of flooring at no cost after our first visit. During the next month, we visited the Complete Flooring showroom several times to ask follow up questions and borrow different flooring samples. Each member of the staff was attentive, professional, and very patient. Immediately after ordering our flooring, owner Chris Golden came out to our home and measured the three rooms for the flooring installation. He took precise measurements, explained the installation process and answered all of our questions. Complete Flooring has its own staff of installers. After our installation was complete there were a few ?hiccups? and adjustments needed to be made to the floors. No problem? Chris sent the installers back and the adjustments were made. As the installers were working in our home making the needed adjustments, Chris came by to see how it was going and made sure it was done right and to our satisfaction. When everything was complete Chris even sent in a painter to touch up the baseboards. We are so pleased with our flooring. It is beautiful? We have received compliments from family, friends, and delivery people. To the staff: Thank you and we apologize for the late review. Complete Flooring ? They are a ?CLASS ACT?!!!

The job went well. It started with grinding of the concrete base and application of floor leveling compound. We had three vendors look at the job and all three thought the floor wasn't too bad. It was bad. At the end of the job the crew leader said it was one of the worst he ever had to do. Once that part of the job was done, the floor product was delivered to the house to sit for a couple days and become acclimated to our house. Once installation was underway, the crew worked diligently and professionally. A barrier was laid down in the area where the wood was to be laid next. It was a very smooth process as piece by piece the floor took shape. When it was finished, it looked beautiful and still looks beautiful four months later. We love it! The only issue we had was with finishing up the base boards. Admittedly, the crew ended up spending way more time grinding and leveling the floor than they anticipated. By the time they got to installing the baseboard, the painting wasn't top notch and they didn't do a very good job of filling all the nail holes. They seemed anxious to finish up and get on to the next job. Again, I attribute that to the much longer time needed to level the floor. I think that put them behind schedule. Our painter was coming by the next week and he fixed up the baseboard. All is good. We anticipate using Complete Flooring to replace carpeting in three bedrooms. Aside from the small issue with the baseboard, we were totally satisfied with the work. Also, Chris (an owner) was very involved, visiting the job and making sure we were satisfied. Overall a very good experience.

They were very good and we were very pleased with them. They did an excellent job. The quality was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do.

They showed up on time, completed the job when they said they would, were very professional and the new carpeting is terrific. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Excellent job all the way through.

It was fantastic to work with them. Complete Flooring was fantastic from the salespeople to the installers. They took care of everything. They were prompt. The salespeople were very helpful and they actually gave us a very competitive price. Everything was good, no mess, the job was done the first time and they went two great things to help me match my travertine and actually put an addition to my house. I want to match the travertine to the Gothic as close as I could and they were very very helpful and patient to get that done.

The work was done very professionally and completed on time.

After setting everything up, I was told that there was no way they could install the carpet in the requested timeframe because they didn't have any in stock. I said ok then give me this cheaper carpet - I was already told you have it in stock. They then called me back and said they found the original carpet requested and could install it in the requested timeframe. I was initially satisfied but two years after the installation, the carpet in my master bedroom started rippling! I'm not a happy camper - now I have to pay someone to come out and fix it. I'll never use or recommend this company again! 6/14/14 update: Complete Flooring contacted me regarding the above complaint and sent a crew out to fix my carpet for free. They will fix any puckers in your carpet for free as long as you own the house. Scott was persistent at addressing my concern and helped to quickly set up an appointment to resolve the issue. The crew also found another area that needed to be fixed that I hadn't noticed yet and they fixed that too. I'd use Complete Flooring again - very good customer service and follow-up!

We were very close to selecting this provider to complete the work. They were very informative and asked many questions about the work. We decided to go with another provider with the same rating but closer to where we live just in case we had any issues the other provider would be easier to get to and consult.

Outstanding from start to finish! Chris is a pro....totally focused on customer satisfaction, always on time and delivers what he promises. Tips was a long, very inconvenient and dusty project but we couldn't be happier than we are with Chris and Complete Flooring. In fact, we are currently using them to instal wood and carpet in five more rooms.

They were rated pretty high so I used them and it was an outstanding experience. Lexi and Chris are the owners and they were outstanding! They came out to measure and their price was a great deal. They tore out all the old tile and replaced it with new tile. They moved all the furniture out and covered everything with plastic. The sent three installers who were neat and clean. They did quality work and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them. Quality work and quality people for a reasonable price!

Measurements were taken on schedule. Company has worked very hard to provide good service for such a small job. They took extra time and effort to drop samples at my house to save me the trip across town. While the inventory data was incorrect for the first tile I chose, they have been diligent in trying to find comparable tile that is in stock and available. I am very appreciative of the consideration they have shown. Installation was very well done. They were exactly on time and did a very professional job. They showed great respect for our house and belongings, and finished the job in the time they estimated. I will definitely contract with this company again.

We went to their store where the sales clerk was very helpful presenting different options and educating us on which carpeting was right for us. He let us take home some samples and we called back with our selection. They sent someone to our house to take measurements and finalize the details. Once the carpet was delivered to the store they called to schedule the install. The installers showed up on the appointed time and did a superb job of removing old carpet and installing the new. They moved out the furniture and moved it back in place. Everything went great and was very smooth.

We were told it would take one day. It took 2 and a half days. They were late arriving the first day and did not have the correct supplies and were not going to remove the old tile. What they did do was done extremely well, but it was not a pleasant experience.

I originally planned to install laminate in both bedrooms but my concrete slab floors were too uneven and would have required grinding down. I did not want to do that and reluctantly decided on carpet instead. I chose a quality Shaw nylon carpet that came in 15 foot widths that would not require seams and kept remnant size to a minimum. The Complete Flooring employees were very helpful and professional and kept me informed about my order which took about two weeks to arrive. The store has a large selection of beautiful flooring and is generous about loaning out sample boards. Part of their service includes moving furniture before and after installation but I preferred to do that myself. Two installers laid the carpet and pad in about four hours. Although carpet was my second choice, I am very happy with the quality and beauty of my carpet and the installation service.

Angie?s List reviews of Complete Flooring were why we gave this business the task of installing a wall-to-wall laminate floor in our home. We were impressed by the many favorable comments as to the quality of the flooring and the flooring installation. It is a wild ride moving the entire house belongings in this scale of complete flooring work. The three man installation crew headed by master installer, Kermin, did a superb job of installing our laminate floor over a three day period. The floor was installed to perfection with only one small glitch promptly corrected when later discovered. Not only was the installation done with the highest level of precision, but the disruption to our home was kept to a minimum and the work areas were policed up so thoroughly following work completion, it seemed the installers had never been here. Kermin deserves special recognition for his can-do approach, expert knowledge of his craft, and his gentlemanly politeness to all customer concerns and questions. We could not have asked for a more satisfactory experience in having our floor redone, anywhere -- anyplace. The business owners and office personnel were very responsive and helpful with any concerns we had throughout. It is obvious they set a high business standard for themselves so their customers receive the best flooring products, and equally important, the best installation in the industry.
