Description of Work: They took great care with removal of old tile and installation of new tile. There was barely any damage to my walls. This is actually excellent due to the complex removal of the old tile. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The crew actually early to the appointment (a good thing) and worked hard the entire time. They were careful, professional, and did excellent work. |The sales people and the estimator were top notch. Description of Work: Installed wood floors in living and dining rooms. I found this local company as highly recommended in Yelp, and decided to pay a visit to their store. I was impressed by the fact that the owner was there and opened the doors when they had already closed the store (we were unknowingly late by 5 minutes). The quality is more superior than what I've seen in Home Depot, Lowe's and Floor and Decor (recommended by a contractor). The installer was outstanding and did a very good job, taking a lot of time (compare replacing carpets takes half a day to a day, installing equivalent surface area of wooden floors took 3 full days). The price was not terribly bad, given the quality. The only issue I had was that the extras were very pricy. One step from the living room to the dining room added $300. And in the middle of the installation, they needed to fix a crack in the concrete, which was more than $100. Baseboards were not cheap either. But, having said this, they were very professional and they responded and fixed any issues we had and worked to provide the best outcome. We are very happy with our new floors and the way they look. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They installed luxury vinyl tile in an exercise room and closet. They removed existing baseboard, repainted it and reinstalled it after the LVT was down. The initial estimate included about $194 to tear out and dispose of the old sheet vinyl on the floor, but it turned out that they didn't have to remove it because it was very tight to the floor. They used a leveling product over top of the existing floor before glueing down the new LVT. The floor was very professionally installed and it looks great. We intend to use this company again as we gradually replace laminate flooring in the rest of the house.

Description of Work: My wife and I visited the showroom and were immediately helped by Bob. We were allowed to take some samples home to help us choose the correct color. We scheduled an appointment to measure the rooms. Chris the owner came out and arrived on time and measured the rooms. The order was placed and arrived in approximately 10 days. The installers came out as scheduled and started removing the old carpet. There were several cracks in the floor that had to be repaired and this was done. The tile was installed and although it took 2 days longer than originally planned the floor was perfect. All tiles were installed in a offset pattern and all of the grout lines were dead on straight. The room transition tiles were perfectly fitted even though there was approximately 3/32" difference in thickness between the newly installed tile and the old tile. Cleanup was done daily and the furniture was put back carefully. This business is run professionally and all of my needs and expectations were met or exceeded. I would recommend Complete Flooring to anyone. Thanks all for a job well done.

Description of Work: Complete Flooring removed our old carpet and padding, and installed new carpet and padding in five rooms of our home. The entire experience went extremely well. We loved that they gave us an estimate that included all costs; there were no hidden fees. Everyone from the sales staff at the store to the installers was attentive and professional. We would definitely use Complete Flooring again, and would give them a "10" recommendation to anyone looking for flooring.

 + 0 moreWe went with good carpeting and it has got a 25-year warranty on it. They did a really good job. I let them know upfront that I was an Angie's List member. I actually took a chance with them because they weren't on Angie's List and there was no Better Business Bureau listing on them either, but I had a good feeling when my husband and I walked in. We were greeted when we walked into their showroom and the lady who helped us was extremely nice. They worked with me really well on taking samples home. I didn't even have to take the samples back because they took the samples back with them when we set up the measurement date and the install went really well too. They told me that my install would be in the afternoon but the guy showed up in the morning instead, and that would probably be the only thing, but when I have something done I just stay home anyway because that has happened to me before. They had told me that they would come at about 11o' clock and they were here at about 8.30 but they were neat and cleaned everything up. I would rather have people come early and get it over with than for me to be waiting all day for them. It didn't take long at all from the time we ordered the carpet to it coming in. The turnover with everything was really smooth and went fast. We had got a couple of other quotes and their price was pretty much right in line with everybody else. The installers did a really nice job and we think that we are going to have them do our den after the holidays. They were professional. I didn't need to have them come back or anything. They even offered to move the furniture out of the rooms but we didn't have them do that because we are big on prepping our own spaces. They did a good job and we were very happy with it. We went with them because they are a local, family-owned business and we are trying to support our local people.
