Description of Work: I signed up for internet only, the Blast package which is supposed to be 100mbps. After having for approx. 60 days and testing the speed every day, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day, the best speed ever recorded was 85 mbps (once), followed by 70 mbps (once). The vast majority of the time the speed was in the 20 mbps region (give or take) and occasionally as low as 5 mbps. When I called to see why, they told me I had too many devices attached and I had to always turn off my internet or it would continue to use up band width. When I signed up at first, there was no mention of data caps, but after signing up I found out there was a data cap when I started getting robo calls informing me that I have gone over my limit and would be charged extra accordingly. That's when I cancelled their service and when with one that had no data cap.

Description of Work: I'm still dealing with them and I don't have phone service or the cable service we were promised And I have a 91 and a 95 year old depending upon this phone number and can't believe they even care all I've been told is there sorry
