Description of Work: installed cable and internet, getting the appointment was an adventure. The first phone rep we dealt with got everything wrong (date off by a month and signed us up for a package we didn't want. 2nd person on the phone was great, but what a hassle to actually talk with a person.

+ 1 moreIt's excellent, I don't have any trouble. When they say they're coming out, they give you a 2 hour window and they show up. I have everything on the tv. All of the movie channels and just about everything that they offer. They are very pricey.

+ -1 moreThe provider was late to arrive, but call to notify us. We were charged a service fee which I think was unfair since the home already had existing wiring. The service took much longer than estimated.

+ 1 moreComcast Cable have a lot of interruptions. It went out for a while some days ago. They have problems like that all the time when they are connecting - or disconnecting - someone at the main junction box. I use them for the whole range of Internet, Phone and Cable. I don't like them.
Description of Work: The bundle plan we have with Comcast Cable for Internet, Phone and Cable costs $90 per month.

+ 1 moreWe were using them when we were in Memphis and we picked them up when we moved out here. They have been very helpful. They are very prompt if they have to come out to the house for service or anything. They work well on billing. We get the bill at the end of the month. We have changed our service and the prices have dropped down a bit. We get pretty good service with them.
Description of Work: Comcast Cable is my cell phone, internet and cable service provider. We've been using them from '92.
