They are fair in pricing and never even attempt to sell you something you don't need. I had gotten two estimates for a repair on my hvac system prior to City HVAC. One was for $11,700.00 and the other was for $10,000.00. City came in fixed the system immediately for the mind-numbing out the door price of $350.00! I wound up contacting with them for yearly inspection services. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
