Description of Work: The technician called to give me a window of time. He arrived within the time he had said and performed the work quickly and efficiently. While performing the work, he talked me through what he was doing and gave me suggestions that I could do myself in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced an electronic controller board on a Kenmore refrigerator. The tech was competent, courteous, prompt, and accommodating. I would use Christie's again. Very positive experience.

Description of Work: All the "service" man was interested in was selling me a new appliance from his store!!! He was not the least interested in repairing my fridge. He WAY over-estimated what a repair would cost just to make purchase of a new unit seem better. I thought the ""service" call was a rip off. There was no "service" performed other than to take 6 screws out of the back panel and look (from a distance)at the unit. That was followed by a very long sales pitch which included a coupon for $$ off a new unit if I purchased within a few days of the "service" call.

Description of Work: I bought a dishwasher, washer and dryer and refrigerator (all Moderate priced items). | |They delivered as promised and set up and tried every appliance before they left. So far, great experience.

Description of Work: Technician cleaned out frozen water from drain pipe in the refrigerator. When finished, he cleaned up the area where he worked. He knew exactly where to open up the fridge so he could work on the problem.

Description of Work: After all the great reviews, I tried to get Christies out to repair and probably replace my wall oven...but they could not set a time or even a window to come. The best they would offer is to "call you on Wednesday" to set the time. That doesn't work too well for someone who has to work for a living. They did call Wednesday, at 4pm and wanted to be there at 4:15 ( I work a half hour from home) and were somewhat rude when I couldn't be there. They were not at all helpful about trying to set a time for a call, much less a window for service. I guess everyone else can just spend their day at home waiting?
