This is a very small business, so repairs may take a little longer than expected.

My parents live in Arizona. But I live in Minnesota. I knew they were having trouble with their computer and laptop. I wanted to help. So I looked up repair business in their area. Cherry Tree technology had great reviews. Sam was wonderful. Very understanding to my situation. Stayed in contact with me. My parents loved him. Very professional,respectful personable .Not only did he find the problem, but upgraded top notch. I'm grateful for his help from so far away.Thank you Sam.

I thought the computer had Bluetooth capability. Other than that I am really satisfied with everything about my experience here.

I had cracked the plastic case on my computer. They explained what they could find once they opened it up. Giving me a thurow understanding of what the cost could be (the low and the high - due to the various ways computers can be put together). They discussed what it would cost to just get a new computer against the repair cost. Most important to me was they were professional and made sure I was in charge of what was an acceptable repair. I was never in the dark. If need be I will return to Cherry Tree.

Sam and Brenden are my new true friends and heros. They understood and restored my Palm Z22!! No data was lost, everything was backed up, and they even made a beautiful printout of the total information saved to the Palm. Really did not fix the problem. Same problem with computer shortly after they left. Wanted me to buy a new computer and said this one is abou9t to fail. Techs were O.K. but the logistics for a follow-up visit was not acceptable. My home is too far from their place of business to drive .

I will not take my computers to anyone else. They are not out to skin you

Very competent....the representatives explained what they were doing using non-technical terms and were willing to answer questions and to explain what should be expected after the work was completed. What more could one expect?
