They were able to get the AC working and then when the colder weather came we noticed that the heating unit wasn't working, which if we would have known earlier we would have just had the unit replaced rather than the expensive band-aid.
Description of Work: They did work on my heating and AC unit.

Description of Work: John has been servicing my heating and air conditioning units since I moved in 5 years ago. One summer my A/C went out and I called him and he was very punctual and had to replace a motor. The work was done within a few hours (including the time it took him to go get it) and the price was better than reasonable. He is always very efficient and helpful. I recommend him highly.

 + -1 moreVery well. John installed the airconditioner 12 years ago; He also installed the furnade. The month after the 10 warrenty ran out, a sensor burned out so the furnace would not come on. Jjohn came over on a SUNDAY and installed the new sensor. He just charged regular time and materials. I have found him to be honest and hard working.
Description of Work: Checked out cooler, installed new pump, set it up for summer Checked air conditioner and set up for summer.

 + -1 moreI highly recommend using this company; I have been using them for about three years. I think his rates are very reasonable, he shows up and he is always straightforward and honest with me.
Description of Work: They serviced the air conditioning unit that I have in my 3,200 square foot home. I do not have a service agreement with them. They usually come out two times a year to clean my ac unit, make sure that everything is running good and to change the filter.
