Description of Work: I asked Ron if he would be able to grind the pad to create a "poor man's terrazzo". He said he wouldn't know for certain until the tile was removed and advised me to have it removed with a roto hammer rather than a jack hammer to prevent pitting the floor. Once the tile was removed, Ron and his crew ground the pad creating the desired terrazzo effect. It was exactly what we wanted.
