 + -1 moreThe contract was signed in December 2011 with work to be done in March 2012. The project was to take three weeks and took over 2 1/2 months. . There was delay after delay due to personnel shortages. They changed workers on us a number of times. Since the work was completed we have had a problem with the granite surrounding the outdoor kitchen cracking in two places. I have called and left messages 5 times with no return calls. As of November 26, 2012 this is still unresolved. In all fairness to the contractor, the finished work is well done. (The granite was installed by a sub contractor.) Their workers, when there, were very good and for the most part were on time. They cleaned up each day and left us with minimal mess. That being said, I would not recommend them for any projects of any complexity or where the element of time was concerned. I would also recommend including, in any agreement, a designated time for completion and a penalty for failure to finish on time.
Description of Work: The work to be done was putting in an outdoor kitchen with counters, backslashes, sink and building in a Weber grill. The bath was pretty much a total remodel with new countertops, sinks, walk in shower and installing new fans, etc.

Description of Work: I called this company and requested an estimate for a major kitchen/bath remodeling project in my home. I believe the owner of the company called me and made an appointment to come to my home. No one ever came to my house and did not call or e-mail me with an apology and/or to reschedule a visit. This type of poor customer relations is rude and inexcusable.
