concrete repair, storage units
+ 0 moreIt went very well. He stuck to the quote and worked in a timely manner. He showed up on time also. The job was finished very nicely.
Description of Work: Jim came to my home and gave me a quote to have a concrete slab 4"x 8'x 6.5' poured to place & affix a new vinyl storage shed to the pad. He quoted $650 and stuck to the price. He checked out the yard and gave me a call, then looked at the display model of the shed before he gave a quote. I also had him demolish remove an old storage shed and remove the "stuff" I didn't want. He recycled two propane tanks to contractors and the old paint cans to a company that does graffiti abatement. He quoted $250 and stayed with that price. He performed everything in a timely manner. Jim also does interior work, electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc. I would recommend his work.
