CARPET ONE

They did a good job, I am not super happy with the quality of the carpet installed but they did a great job of the carpet itself. They moved all the furniture from one room to the other. No complaints.

Linda was my sales person and did well, however the rest of the people were unprofessional and at times rude to me. They chipped marble in bathroom, put on door wrong and chipped new paint. The tile and carpet did not match up and the wall board was not installed. They strung job out over 12 days. Paint had to be redone. The padding under carpet seems thin and no soft under our bare feet.

Their prices were much higher than the other places I went to. They were also unfriendly. I did not do business there.

They did everything they said they would do.

The quality of the carpet was very good, and the work when they finally did it turned out very good as well. However, I did have to call them a lot to find out when they were going to come out to do the actual work. They did have to order the carpet and gave me an estimate of two weeks to get it however it ended up being about five or six weeks. No one would call me to let me know what was going on, I had to call to find out myself. It turns out that the manufacturer had to make this new rung of carpet, but they should have told me this when I placed my order.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB REPLACING THE CARPETING IN MY BEDROOM. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORKMANSHIP TO ANYONE.

THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY RESPECTFUL AND CAREFUL WITH MY BELONGINGS. THEY HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND ARRIVED ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED NEW CARPET IN MY LIVING ROOM IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY WERE WORKING. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CARPET. IT LOOKS GREAT, AND UNLIKE THE LAST PLACE I GOT CARPET FROM, THIS CARPET HAS NOT FRAYED AT THE EDGES.

THIS WAS A VERY CONSCIENTIOUS COMPANY. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING. THEY SEEMED LIKE A REALLY ALERT COMPANY. THEY DID A NICE JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET.

CARPET ONE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE WAY EVERYONE HAS WORKED OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US. THE LAMINATE AND VINYL FLOORING LOOKS SO NICE. OUR WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THE NEW LOOK.
