From beginning to end Bob and the Complete Flooring crew were courteous, punctual and professional. Our Salesman, Bob was patient and informative allowing all the time it took to make sure that we ordered what we really wanted. Chris, came to the house on time to measure and we had our bit (very reasonable) in less than a day. We made an appointment to have the carpet installed as soon as it was available. The appointment was for the Saturday on Labor Day. The two installers arrived on time and accomplished the job with no muss and no fuss. This included moving a very heavy memory foam, California King bed with all the adjustment controls as well as all the other bedroom furniture and reinstalling all of it once the job was complete. GREAT JOB!

They were listed on Angie?s List which is why I chose them. They showed up when they said they would and installed them like they said they would. They did a fine job. It was paid by an insurance company because we had a water problem.

I had just purchased a home and had one month to replace flooring and have it painted throughout. I contacted Carpet One on a recommendation from my realator. I met with representative and chose tile within a weeks time and ordered the tile. The job was scheduled to coincide with the finish of the painting job and worked out perfectly. The installers had to remove all the existing carpet, tile, and other flooring. They were professional and consulted me on any problems or concerns that arose as the job proceeded. We chose the grout upon having the tile installed and it turned out well also.
