Description of Work: We have a contract with Mike Carlson and they come and inspect our heater/air conditioning unit which they replaced for us at a very decent price. They came to our aid and quickly replaced the unit quickly and ensured that it worked properly and it took them approximately 6-8 hours in which they put the system through all the tests and were kind enough bring several fans to keep us comfortable during the Michael and his employee actually installed our new unit with an excellent team of workers. Michael gave us his personal cell phone which gave us great comfort in knowing that he was available if need be. He walked us through all the steps and showed us how to properly maintain our system.

Description of Work: Responded quickly to a request for failed AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Replaced thermostat, replaced wiring in main AC unit. Excellent service and responsiveness.

Description of Work: Carlson deal with the manufacturer of my heating/cooling system, which had turned out to be a lemon. The unit was replaced and my costs minimalized. I think their attention to the problem was exceptional.

Description of Work: Routine check twice a year for heat and air conditioning equipment plus check of the humidifier in fall. We have been using Carlson for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with their service. They replaced our complete system several years ago and that has been very satisfactory.

Description of Work: I purchased a house that was in foreclosure. The inspection revealed that the pipes under the house were corroded and there were already a few leaks. There was a very low crawl space for a technician to get in and work on the pipes, but I was assured it could be done without having the tear up the beautiful wood floor that was one of the reasons I wanted this particular house. Since the area under the front of the house was too low for access, a pipe was fed in through a hole in the front of the foundation until it reached the area where Brian could make all the necessary attachments. My kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are now all connected to new piping. I also had a new water heater installed. I had neglected to ask for new bathtub faucets and valves, but Brian gave me an on-the-spot estimate and ran out to get the replacement parts. All this work took two men less than a day to accomplish. They worked with all the little "surprises" that often come up with an older house (built in 1941) with resourcefulness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Home Air Conditioning Repair man arrived one day ahead of estimated date. He new exactly what was wrong and gave an estimate of the cost. Next day he arrived on time and completed the service. Due to the weight of the air conditionerscapacitor motor, he had to call in an additional repair man to move the motor from its second story location. After finishing the repair, he went over all the charges in detail as listed on the printed invoice.

Description of Work: I have an 1800 square foot home. My heater was not working properly, so I contacted this company for a service check. The repairman did not find anything wrong with the unit. Therefore, no further repairs were needed. It happened towards the latter part of the winter season.
