He didn't finish until about 10:30 p.m. Not his fault, as the sales process did not begin until about dusk and the technician had to finish his previous job first. Even though it was late, he patiently took his time to do the job, answer my questions, and help me decide installation locations.
The first time I armed the system, I received a call from Monitronics in Texas verifying that I had ordered it for a three-year contract.
Although I responded YES to the above question about whether I would use the provider again (I had no choice other than yes/no), I haven't had the system long enough to really judge the equipment quality or the customer service provided by Monitronics. The jury is out...
Within an hour of signing up, the installer, Ben, arrived. He was Professional looking and well groomed and had a GREAT personality. He installed the system and explained THOROUGHLY how to work it. He made us feel like no question was a dumb question. He made sure we understood the new touch key pad and thermostat and explained how the glass breakage sensor worker. His quality of work was beyond good. He left the house in the same condition he found it in.
My overall experience is that I would recommend Capital Connect to family and friends. Thanks Eric and Ben for the pleasant experience.
