I called at 8:15 in the morning and talked to someone about my problem. He called back about 10:00 and asked me to send them a picture of the front of the safe. I did that, and then waited and waited. They finally called me back at 5:15 that evening. When I asked why they had never let me know that they could not come out I was told that they were just "too busy" to let me know. I definitely will not recommend them for anything!

Called this company after finding them on Angie's List. They showed up 1 hr. after my call at 2 pm. Really needed it done and it was done so fast that all of us in the office laughed at how quickly it was completed. I remember the technician was friendly but he was done so quickly we didn't have a chance to get to know him:) A+ all they way - oh and cheap!

I've used them for 27 years. Their responsiveness is good.

I originally called Cand S over a holiday weekend to fix the lock on my front door. Someone came out the day I called and fixed the problem. He was very professional and courteous. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that the same lock was sticking and a bit hard to open. Again, I called Cand S and they came right out, fixed the and quot;stickinessand quot; and the lock on one of my other doors, and only charged me $20 for the extra trip. Different locksmith, but still professional and courteous. I was very pleased!

At first, on the phone, the person seemed somewhat interested in helping me with my problem. Later that day, I drove to the business and talked to a guy and mentioned I had called earlier. Generally, the guy was rude and didn't even seem remotely interested in fixing my lock. In fact he came out, looked at the lock, said a few things about what he thought the problem was and literally walked away from me and went back inside the store. I will never call this place again.
