+ -1 moreBurlavin, through Brian bid on the exterior painting of a 1000 square foot private residence. The home was built in 1947 and has thick layers of paint and casement windows. The home had been sandblasted but the entire preparation for painting had not been completed. Burlavin's was not the lowest bid, but it was the most direct. Burlavin was prompt, very responsive, and easy to work with. Brian and his crew arrived when he said they would and completed the project promptly. And, the final product was simply remarkable. What a great paint job! We were so pleased with the professional job done by Burlavin, that we are looking forward to the next job we have with them. We would highly recommend Burlavin.
Description of Work: Finished preparing and removing old peeling paint, tested for lead based paint, painted exterior, including casement windows and trim in different color.

+ 0 moreI was completely satisfied with both his work and the experience of working with him but, as with any other contractor, would bear in mind that personal interactions can often have a bearing on final outcomes and subjective satisfactions.
Description of Work: Brian did several jobs for me. Whole house exterior painting as well as smaller interior and exterior work In my opinion he has been honest, competent and professional in all respects. When a minor item might arise it was taken care of quickly. I believe he is competitive for comparable work and professionalism but, as a matter of practice, never hire contractors solely on the basis of price.

Description of Work: The company painted the whole outside of our house. They also painted the garage door and house doors.
