I would be very upset if they replaced Edwardo. That's just how awesome he is. It's always a pleasure to see him at his appointed time. I get to know the kind of person he is each and every time. He is not only a professional when it comes to customer service but he is so genuine. That has to be the best character trait a person could have because it speaks to a persons integrity. We called Bulwark to help with some scorpion and spider activity we were seeing. We were fortunate to be serviced by Tyler J. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained all the products he was using and why as well as letting us know what to expect in the next few days. We greatly appreciated the time and care that Tyler took to ensure our house is bug free.

Arle was very friendly and explained the services he would perform before he started. He sprayed the external perimeter of the house and replaced the pest glue boards in the garage as requested.

Kenyon was courteous, easy to work with, and felt like he was “on my team.”

I can’t say enough good things about Bulwark exterminating! They are fantastic both in the service that they provide as well as the technicians who come out to provide the service. They’ve always been so nice and respectful of the property and very responsive to whatever needs we may be having at the time. I’ve used other pest control companies in the past and hands-down this is the best service that I’ve ever received. William came out today and he was great, he not only treated the house for crickets which we were having a problem with but also identified an ant problem in the yard and treated for that as well. I use Bulwark pest and weed services at home and at the office. They have great customer service and follow up, good communication. Arle is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and addresses them immediately. You can see his passion for his job come though in the work that he does.

I have used Bulwark from many years. They always called before coming to my home. They ring the bell and ask if there are any issues during every service call. Today Cory came. I let him know we were seeing ants and he came in looked for the entry point and treated both inside and out. I am very pleased with the service I receive.

Bulwark has been our service since we bought our home in 2018. They are very responsive, reliable, and thorough! If I ever have a question, I call the office and they can re-dispatch to our house in case something was missed and this has only happened once in 6 years! I have never seen a scorpion! They are great with tackling small pests like ants or crickets or any other little things going on with our property. I would not recommend anybody else and have never used another company because they are the best in the business !

He listened intently and explained what he was going to do treat my property. He quickly and effectively treated all areas of concerns. When he finished he recapped the service he provided, asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and courteous. As he was leaving he reminded me that if we needed them to come out again prior to the next scheduled service. They would come out again no charge. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.
