I have used them for a year and a half.

They come every other month. I already have my daughter go with them. I’d recommend them to people. I am really happy with them.

1. Monthly pest control service: They call us one or two days prior to the service date to remind us and to let us know on which specific day they will perform the service. This has gone very smoothly for the last two years. They call, they show up, they spray. Never a hitch. We're very pleased. 2. During my last trip to Arizona, I noticed a strange looking but very precise line of "dirt" along the baseboard in the garage. Bulwark happened to call to schedule the monthly pest control service. They came to spray on the day before I was to leave Arizona for two months. I asked the young man who sprayed if he knew what might cause the "dirt line". He suspected termites, but said he wasn't qualified to make a determination. He suggested I call the office to make an appointment. I told him I was leaving on a mid-day flight and was anxious to get an assessment before I left. It was about 4:45 pm. I called Bulwark's office and they transferred me to their termite inspection expert. He was leaving for the day, but said he would come out early the next morning. True to his word, he arrived on time. He determined it was an underground termite problem and drilling around the perimeter of the house (as well as through the concrete patio and concrete garage floor) would have to be done. We agreed on a price and a date for the service. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any additional questions or concerns. I did some additional research about these pests and the price quoted and determined that it was quite fair and appropriate. My neighbor agreed to be responsible to be on site on the date that Bulkwark came out to exterminate. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Every interaction with Bulwark has been pleasant, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company!

We haven't found any bugs so the spray is working. They also do not come inside so there won't be pesticides near my kids and animals.

Everything went well. They are exceptional people, and I love them as a pest control company. I appreciate that they use an effective plant-based spray that is safe for humans and animals.

I am very satisfied with them. I'm on a contract basis with them and they come every other month. They are very nice people. They will come back out at no charge if you have a problem. They call me when it is time to come out. It is the monsoon season and with the moisture in the air I am getting a little resurgence of bug problems in my bathroom. I called them yesterday and they are coming back out tomorrow at no charge. I am very happy with them. My veterinarian recommended them and I don't have them spray inside my home because of the toxicity and the fact that I have dogs. I've only had about two guys come out so they have a pretty consistent staff, which is nice because you are not seeing new faces every time. They are very nice and they know what to do. We live on a golf course and we get crickets and things like them. They do the job and do it very willingly. They will do anything I ask them to do. They are very, very nice people. They send me a report card periodically and I always give them a 5 star rating. They are very good. We've used them for several years.

They use natural chemicals that are safe for pets, which my veterinarian recommended to me. Their price is as good as others, and they are professional to deal with. They are always here when they say they ll be here and I love them.
