Everything went great, it was timely and the service was good. Arle was great to have killing stuff around the house

I use Bulwark pest and weed services at home and at the office. They have great customer service and follow up, good communication. Arle is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and addresses them immediately. You can see his passion for his job come though in the work that he does.

I have used Bulwark from many years. They always called before coming to my home. They ring the bell and ask if there are any issues during every service call. Today Cory came. I let him know we were seeing ants and he came in looked for the entry point and treated both inside and out. I am very pleased with the service I receive.

Ive been using Bulwark Exterminating for 15yrs and Eduardo is the best tech ive had thus far.

Bulwark has been our service since we bought our home in 2018. They are very responsive, reliable, and thorough! If I ever have a question, I call the office and they can re-dispatch to our house in case something was missed and this has only happened once in 6 years! I have never seen a scorpion! They are great with tackling small pests like ants or crickets or any other little things going on with our property. I would not recommend anybody else and have never used another company because they are the best in the business !

Kenyon arrived promptly and asked if I had any questions or concerns or particular pests we've encountered since the last treatment. He listened intently and explained what he was going to do treat my property. He quickly and effectively treated all areas of concerns. When he finished he recapped the service he provided, asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and courteous. As he was leaving he reminded me that if we needed them to come out again prior to the next scheduled service. They would come out again no charge. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

We had a quarterly service performed by Tyler J. It was the best experience we’ve had with Bulwark yet! Tyler was attentive, talked a variety of solutions and executed exactly what was discussed.

As always, Greg Otto did a phenomenal job!!! I shouldn't have favorites as every technician that comes out is excellent but Greg is none the less a favorite of mine. He is always so nice and attentive and does a very thorough job not only with the spray treatment but also asking me questions about any concerns I have. He's been coming here for a few years now off and on and whenever it is him I know it is going to be a thorough job done right!! He is familiar enough with my concerns and past problems with various critters (esp scorpions) that he knows what to ask and what to do! Thanks to him and bulwark for the continuing excellent care!

Tech texted 30 minutes before arriving for a heads up. Did the service as specified in the contract. This is the way all services have gone since I started my contract with the company. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Great experience with Bulwark! My tech's name was Sebastian Vigil and he was great. Very friendly, informative and professional. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me understand the process.

Our pest control service with Bulwark was really great today. Our technician Kyle Davis was so thorough and knowledgeable about the rodent problem we were experiencing. He found the source and helped remediate it. Whenever he comes to do our monthly service he takes particular care and time to spray our property, helping to eliminate future bug problems. We are lucky to have him as our tech.

Arle is new to me, he had not been here before but he showed up on time, which I always appreciate, was professional, asked questions about what I needed and then did the spraying around the perimeter in a timely manner. Once again I am pleased with the quality of employees that are employed with bulwark.

Jose Vergara Garcia, our Bulwark pest technician, is always on time, great at communication and great at addressing my current pest concerns He keeps me informed with texts and pictures of what he finds, as well as the work he performed.

I had questions about if the spray should be done since it was raining and Jose was knowledgeable in explaining the treatment was changed for that day so it wouldn't wash away. He was professional, fast, and arrived within the timeframe specified. I am very happy with and appreciative of the job he did.

Dustin V.K Is exceptional man. Very well mannered very polite.His parents did a wonderful job raising a son like Dustin. He did a wonderful job in explaining what products he has and what product(oil or water mixture) did I prefer.Explained how they work, and where the products would be sprayed and placed. I had many questions, He answered all of my questions about scorpions and other creatures.. He did a fantastic job. Thank you Dustin for saving the day..

In North Phoenix, my service tech, Jose V., did a great job as usual- He is always punctual, informative and addresses my pest concerns! In addition, Judy in the billing department was great at addressing some inquires that I had.

Dustin V.K was amazing! He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We are new to Arizona and have no idea about scorpions. Dustin really took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were really concerned with our toddler outside and he made sure to heavily spray so we can have some peace of mind. I am only asking for Dustin for our services! 10/10 I really recommend him and Bulwark Exterminating.
