Bulwark Exterminating

Technician was on time, courteous and professional. We used Bulwark when we lived Texas, and found their service to be excellent. Moved to Arizona and found the same professional outfit here.

Bulwark is our regularly scheduled pest control company. We have used them for almost 2 years now and are quite happy with their responsiveness and knowledge.

It was fantastic! Found dead bugs I didn't know were there, all over my yard! I emailed Monday night, got a call from a very friendly man on Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning I had Joel (the technician) at my house explaining what he would be doing and why, an Thursday afternoon got a call from a girl wanting to be sure everything went well and I was satisfied! Customer service is NOT dead with Bulwark! She even reminded me that if I see any bugs I should call and they will come back for free! Wow! I am beyond please so far!

I’ve used them for a number of years. They are very reliable and I would recommend them. They come out at no additional charge to take care of any issues. I’ve called them out specifically for ant problems before.

They do work for us on a monthly basis. We have a contract with them. We have been with them for a couple years. They are reliable and their work is effective.

Their service is exceptional. They always call me before they come. They are always on time. I have never had a problem and I have used 3-4 other companies. The workmen are very conscious of my home. They will wear booties to make sure they don’t trudge dirt around. They will move furniture so they can spray behind items, but they always ask me first. When I give them instructions, they follow through well. They charge me $55 every other month. I have about 1700 square foot house and about a 7500 square foot yard and it has mostly desert landscaping.

They do a good job. The guys that they send are neatly dressed.

They were excellent. They come every three months. I like their professionalism and he will come to the door and explain what he is going to do, and the fact that the product works. I haven't had any insect problems or anything like that. I pay them $75 per quarter. I've been very pleased. I've used them for years. The price is very good because I checked out a number of different companies and they are very comparable to all the other pest people in the area.

If I remember correctly it was supposed to be inside and outside service, but they did do outside and they didn't do inside, I am not sure why. They were professional and they are responsive and all of that, but that was my one problem was that they didn't come in the house. They came out and looked around, but they only sprayed outside. I talked to the girl that came and she said she didn't think it would be necessary to spray inside that we should probably only spray outside and then of course they wanted to come back in three months and sign me up on a permanent service, but I didn't do that as of yet or I am not sure what I am going to do. They are effective as far as what they did and I have not seen one cockroach outside since this happened so from that standpoint I am quite satisfied with whatever they chose to use with effective for the purpose, but they didn't spray inside. They were definitely speedy in their response and immediately made a plan so they were good at least back and over and professional. She came in and she put the booties on her shoes before she came in the house and from that standpoint they are on it. I spoke with Jeff and Dell is the girl that came to the house. As far as quality they are very close to being exactly what we needed. I was just surprised they didn't spray in the house.

The young man was very prompt, thorough, professional and neat. He explained what he was looking for, what he saw, he gave me a choice of how to treat it, and followed through with the appropriate treatment. He worked very quickly and left the room and the outside area in perfect condition. I receive yearly inspections by Bulwark so the treatment was covered by those yearly payments.

Excellent. Tucker arrived early. We showed him where we had seen scorpions in the house. He was very professional and attentive to our concerns. He then sprayed the outside and requested iChat we call him immediately if we see any scorpions. This gave us much needed comfort. Great Job.

They treated just the outside because I asked to not have the inside done. They have good communication and promptness. They were nice and answered all of my questions. I signed a seasonal agreement with them.

We are very pleased with Bulwark to date. After the 2nd scorpion spraying and the first tic spraying, we haven't seen any pests. Additionally, I am really pleased with their hiring policies, because each of the Bulwark employees I've met (three different people across the four visits thus far) has been very nice, friendly, prompt and professional. They happily and patiently address any questions about pests and their service. They confirm appointments with reminder e-mails the day or two before a visit.

The service turned out great. This was the first time we had used them but we were satisified. I thought he went above and beyond as far as giving me enough product to take care of the issue. He was very friendly and helpful.

Bulwark Exterminating had good follow through, they are very friendly and are good in communication over the phone and their customer service people and the technician who came out was very friendly. He was very clear on the expectations and the cost of the job. They were very reasonable for the work that they did.

They were great. They arrived on time, did the job, and left. No problems at all - I was very satisfied with the service.

We like Bulwark Exterminating. They are very through and listen to what I have to say. They take care of the problem. They most recently came out and put down a granular treatment to get rid of ants. They will also spray inside or outside for bugs. They set traps by the doors. If we have scorpions they will do something for them as well. They will not charge more for the extra treatments. They give you a window frame for time and usually they come right in the middle of the time frame.

I got an Angie's List coupon for a house and yard treatment at a discount rate instead of the usual higher rate for an initial visit. Eric was the service man and he did a great job. He explained the process and chemicals to me and how they worked. He was very thorough and professional. Bulwark has a guarantee which is one reason I decided to give them a try. Also they promise to come respray if I request.

They were fast. Whatever they did seemed to work. I don't have any bugs. Their prices and quality of work are good.

They have done a nice job. They are prompt and thorough. If I have any questions or problems, they will take care of them, although I haven't had any problems. I would definitely use Bulwark in the future.

I am very happy with the professionalism of the technician. I will have to wait and see if the pests we are trying to keep at bay actually do stay away.

They have one of the special deals going on. They did a fine job and I don’t have trouble with pests. There are some pretty junkie people across the alley from me, and so keeping the bugs out of my house was really important and they do that. Usually I’m not at home when they come out and so I do not know about their punctuality. I will continue to use them in the future.

They’ve always been very punctual, and they do great work.
