The service had gone very well. They were very thorough. They listened to all my concerns. They made sure that they had all the areas that I was worried about. They try to get you in on a monthly cycle so we've had to go back with them a couple of times to say we'll call you when we need you.

They're very phenomenal and I would highly, highly recommend them. They would knock at the door and ask if there are issues. They're responsive. They're professional. They do the job and I don't know if there's any company that is quite effective. If you don't have an exterminator; you're in trouble. I have an on-going contract with them.

I called on a Saturday morning and explained to the representative about the invasion of flying insects that was occurring around my patio doors and little black bugs that were suddenly appearing on my kitchen counters. Michael one of my regular service techs was able to to rearrange his schedule and come by that afternoon and thoroughly treat all areas and kill the infestations in one treatment! I am always impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and thoroughness. They always call and follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and there is never any additional charge. I was so grateful to not have to wait until the following week to address these issues and impressed that all that was needed was one treatment. Thank you Michael and Bulwark!

Premier Pest sold to Bulwark about a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with this company ever since. Whereas Premier was always punctual, Bulwark never, ever, has shown up for an appointment as scheduled.

When we moved in they were coming around and we thought that we will give a try and then stayed with them because they have done exactly what they said they were going to do. They do excellent work. Their price seems to be very competitive and excellent quality. They are very quick to respond and always on time.

This may be reflective of an individual provider, Joel, rather than the company. We are not able to be present when spraying service is generally scheduled so we rely on a neighbor to be the contact, sign the receipt and make sure services are provided. The last two times the representative arrived early and seemed to leave rather quickly. There was no chemical smell and no wet spray areas around the foundation or fence line. And since he arrived early, our contact did not meet him at the house to allow entry for spraying the garage. I wonder if he actually sprayed or was just dropping off an invoice. However you would think that after being questioned the first time, he would have made sure to arrive on time, contact my representative and show the work he was doing the second time.

Bulwark is simply the best company for exterminating the pests of the desert! I have a visit every three months to be certain that our house is protected. Cory A. is my technician and he is personable, knowledgeable, and very professional! When it comes to keeping me safe from intruders, Bulwark makes my life so easy and so safe!

I had Bulwark for many months...until I moved. They were always punctual, came back if I saw a bug, and did a great job! I highly recommend them :)

They are courteous when they come and are on-time or early. I also use their termite control service. Pam McCubin, our regular pest technician, is careful when she does the work inside and outside and makes sure she puts booties on her feet so she doesn't track poison into our home. She's very efficient and we don't have any bugs.

They answer questions and concerns with knowledge about pests, etc.....Work is guaranteed.

We've been using Bulwark on a bimonthly basis since May 2013. We put a pool in just prior and have seen increased scorpion activity since. We have continued to see scorpions since we started. It's hard to say the quantity we would have seen had we not started using them. I just know if I'm seeing them, I'm having someone spray! I bought a deal on Angie's list for the first visit and then signed up for the follow up service at that time. They are great about calling in advance and setting up a time. You don't have to be home, just leave the gate unlocked. If I see a scorpion, I call them and they are out in days to do a free follow-up service. They also will call a few days after service to make sure I'm happy. The customer service end of this business is fantastic.

Technician was on time, courteous and professional. We used Bulwark when we lived Texas, and found their service to be excellent. Moved to Arizona and found the same professional outfit here.

Bulwark is our regularly scheduled pest control company. We have used them for almost 2 years now and are quite happy with their responsiveness and knowledge.

It was fantastic! Found dead bugs I didn't know were there, all over my yard! I emailed Monday night, got a call from a very friendly man on Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning I had Joel (the technician) at my house explaining what he would be doing and why, an Thursday afternoon got a call from a girl wanting to be sure everything went well and I was satisfied! Customer service is NOT dead with Bulwark! She even reminded me that if I see any bugs I should call and they will come back for free! Wow! I am beyond please so far!

I’ve used them for a number of years. They are very reliable and I would recommend them. They come out at no additional charge to take care of any issues. I’ve called them out specifically for ant problems before.

They do work for us on a monthly basis. We have a contract with them. We have been with them for a couple years. They are reliable and their work is effective.

Their service is exceptional. They always call me before they come. They are always on time. I have never had a problem and I have used 3-4 other companies. The workmen are very conscious of my home. They will wear booties to make sure they don’t trudge dirt around. They will move furniture so they can spray behind items, but they always ask me first. When I give them instructions, they follow through well. They charge me $55 every other month. I have about 1700 square foot house and about a 7500 square foot yard and it has mostly desert landscaping.

They do a good job. The guys that they send are neatly dressed.

They were excellent. They come every three months. I like their professionalism and he will come to the door and explain what he is going to do, and the fact that the product works. I haven't had any insect problems or anything like that. I pay them $75 per quarter. I've been very pleased. I've used them for years. The price is very good because I checked out a number of different companies and they are very comparable to all the other pest people in the area.

If I remember correctly it was supposed to be inside and outside service, but they did do outside and they didn't do inside, I am not sure why. They were professional and they are responsive and all of that, but that was my one problem was that they didn't come in the house. They came out and looked around, but they only sprayed outside. I talked to the girl that came and she said she didn't think it would be necessary to spray inside that we should probably only spray outside and then of course they wanted to come back in three months and sign me up on a permanent service, but I didn't do that as of yet or I am not sure what I am going to do. They are effective as far as what they did and I have not seen one cockroach outside since this happened so from that standpoint I am quite satisfied with whatever they chose to use with effective for the purpose, but they didn't spray inside. They were definitely speedy in their response and immediately made a plan so they were good at least back and over and professional. She came in and she put the booties on her shoes before she came in the house and from that standpoint they are on it. I spoke with Jeff and Dell is the girl that came to the house. As far as quality they are very close to being exactly what we needed. I was just surprised they didn't spray in the house.

The young man was very prompt, thorough, professional and neat. He explained what he was looking for, what he saw, he gave me a choice of how to treat it, and followed through with the appropriate treatment. He worked very quickly and left the room and the outside area in perfect condition. I receive yearly inspections by Bulwark so the treatment was covered by those yearly payments.

Excellent. Tucker arrived early. We showed him where we had seen scorpions in the house. He was very professional and attentive to our concerns. He then sprayed the outside and requested iChat we call him immediately if we see any scorpions. This gave us much needed comfort. Great Job.

It went great! I haven't seen any critters since!

They treated just the outside because I asked to not have the inside done. They have good communication and promptness. They were nice and answered all of my questions. I signed a seasonal agreement with them.

We are very pleased with Bulwark to date. After the 2nd scorpion spraying and the first tic spraying, we haven't seen any pests. Additionally, I am really pleased with their hiring policies, because each of the Bulwark employees I've met (three different people across the four visits thus far) has been very nice, friendly, prompt and professional. They happily and patiently address any questions about pests and their service. They confirm appointments with reminder e-mails the day or two before a visit.
