Description of Work: Came out and looked at work to be done. He said wanted to do job. That was on a Thursday and he would e-mail me the quote. On the following Monday called because not recieved quote. He said he would get it to me soon. Never heard from him again.

+ 13 moreThe day the house was dry and work could begin Jeff got started. He was fast and the work done very well. Plus, his prices are unbelievable. This is only one of many jobs that we have had Jeff and his team do over the years. I have referred him to many clients, friends and family. He has done everything from completely rebuilding my mother;s 3000 sq ft house in El Encanto after extensive termite damage was discovered, to simple jobs like putting up a ceiling fan or fixing a leak in a pipe at our home. I am always very happy with the quality of work, as well as the price. I would highly recommend Building Concepts to anyone.
Description of Work: The most recent job that I have had Jeff Kring and his company Building Concepts do was repairing our home after a water line leaked and flooded the whole house. All of the flooring had to be removed and replaced, drywall had to be replaced and textured to match the existing, baseboards replaced, and we had the entire house painted.
